My experience calling in stratagems in Helldivers 2 is finally paying off... I love how fun the gameplay is while 100% evoking the "main character beats up the bully" feeling.

Incredibly fun, incredibly polished, incredibly stylish. This game is something special.

I would pay money for a full steam release with more levels: no notes.

PLEASE turn this into a full release, I've never played a game with a combat system like this. Very addicting!

Very nice progression/gameplay loop! I struggled to clear large numbers of enemies, wouldn't have said no to more crowd control options in the early game.

Fun game with some unique twists! The soundtrack is out of this world.

These customers are very critical for people who can't butter their own bread. Realistic depiction of working in the food service industry, 5/5.

This game follows in the legacy of Ratatouille for PS2 by including groundbreaking rat-type music. Unfortunately you forgot to add gusteau points, 0/5.

Jokes aside, great work! I wouldn't wish making a 3D skating game during a jam on my worst enemy, but y'all pulled it off.

Thank you for your kind words and acute feedback! I'm also over the moon about the music. The team is discussing the idea of turning this into a full release, I hope we can iron out the kinks.

Most satisfying driving I've seen in the jam so far: reorienting your momentum after a jump feels great, bouncing off of walls at high velocity is straight up fun. Excellent work!

One of my favorites so far. The controls are ingeniously intuitive and the visuals/music are slick as hell.

Love the intro monologue/setting, visuals, and music! The core gameplay loop is solid, the car turning feels a little sensitive for my taste. Good stuff!

The bubble technology here is industry leading: I've never seen so many bubbles on screen at once. The best part is that this cutting edge bubble/fluid simulator has a whole game attached thats incredibly well thought out and addicting. I *really* want to be #1 on the leaderboard.

The little details are so nice: the dotted lines on enemies and player height indicator make 3d movement reasonably intuitive once you get the hang of it. The music is super catchy and fitting for all the frutiger aero goodness, and the low pass filter opening up when you surface is just a perfect detail. Most importantly, the core gameplay loop recontextualizes the Hyper Demon/Devil Daggers formula wonderfully. One of my favorites from the jam so far.

Very well done gameplay loop! Music is a certified banger, and I adore the rear view mirror. I do think some more easing in/out of turns would make the handling feel a bit nicer. Keep up the good work!

The sense of momentum is *really* dialed in, phenomenal work. I wouldn't say no to more responsive turning while drifting and less side barrier friction, but that's more personal preference. The sparks fx and sketch-style UI is wonderful. Great stuff!

the main menu... I do have an ultrawide monitor so perhaps the fullscreen cuts out the top and bottom of the picture.

The driving (as someone with no experience driving a manual) feels wonderfully esoteric. I'm starting to get the hang of it: would love to have a fish-free practice area. Absolutely blown away by the music, visuals, and overall presentation.

I'm glad you enjoyed your time with it!

The movement is so self-evidently good I feel no need to mention it. I was pleasantly surprised, however, by the thick atmosphere. Something about dev textures feels liminal to me, if you expand upon/release this fully I strongly encourage you to consider keeping the grid material.  Post processing is also dialed in perfectly.

I've never seen a game fully commit to black and white honest-to-god impact frames: masterful work dude.

I had a great time with this one! The music and dance animations really stood out

I cant seem to get past the volume slider :(

Sliding around with the oil is super fun, big fan of the elephant-type music. Good stuff

shining little gem of a game, great work!

Amazing artstyle and atmosphere! I feel like the player's animations were too choppy and their movement too stiff. Adding some sprite squash/stretch and a vault option would iron the small nitpicks out of this really solid game. Great work!

thanks, I used the free Metal GTX soundfont for guitars, splice for drums, and logic's built in bass instrument for that sweet sweet bassline. lead was from the doom soundfont. everything went through OTT, logic's pedalboard effects for fuzz, and Klanghelm's IGVI for some saturation. wish I had more time to have a pool of 10 random solos that mix in/out dynamically

eventually fell asleep with lights on bc I suck

solid story, love the more extreme lighting conditions. Imo the models could use some normals maps or something: lighting is rather flat in rooms with lots of ambient occlusion. a cel shader would also look really nice. other than those nitpicks, however, great game!

the music achieves its intended effect lol: great work!

I adore the first cuscene

Would have loved some more difficulty, other then that a blast. It is a wonderfully polished little gem of a game, sad to see so few reviews.

its like I'm back on miniclip

getting into the flow state of this game is so meditative

Love the UI and level design!

can't wait for the sex update

other than a need for gameplay variation I enjoyed my time very much! title is a w reference.

the friction and speed were just right, nice work!
