I think I softlocked myself a few times by spending money instead of saving it for a later situation but the music, visuals and overall concept is great! Gnome management took a bit to get used to and maybe a dedicated drag and drop two swap gnomes between towers and cart might help speed up the preperation phase.

Do the voices of the bg music shift based on how far each piece is from it’s intended place? This was delightful and actually quite hard at higher levels!

Thank you! We didn’t manage to get the rings into the game sadly. We only properly worked on the game for 2 days and were quite short on time towards the end especially since the rope physics had to be retuned as we implemented more systems that interacted with the rope.

Damn such a cool experience! Also how the heck did you manage to tie the knot in the last screenshot?

Really high level of polish, everything looks and feels amazing! The beginning of the game kind of plays itself though, I’m not sure it’s even possible to get into any trouble before 20 to 25 meeples transported. At that point though there were so many planets to manage that the sudden shift in difficulty became very tough to manage. Impressive what you were able to do in the short time!

Loved my time being a space octopus. 5/5

Very cool puzzle game! Some of the actions took a bit to get used to but overall very impressive!

I think this game is really cool and such a good entry for a jam. I love that I can play through it in a few minutes but really enjoy myself during that time. It’s very clear what I have to do and doing so feels polished and thought out. Others have talked enough about falling into the holes, so I’ll just add a +1 to them being too punishing.

Wow, this is really well tuned! Feels great to control and looks really nice as well.

Very creative way to make the loop direction matter. I think editing the loops was sometimes a bit difficult since you couldn’t really tell how far you could drag a point. Overall very enjoyable though and impressive polish for a jam project!

Very cool concept and it looks and sounds great! I sometimes would have liked to deselect the match after being unsure if the sushi was bad after all.

You weren’t able to play at all? Theres a bug at the end that doesn’t transition you back to the menu but trying the gameplay once should be possible :/

I agree, there’s some work to do on controls, I’m not 100% happy with them yet. I’m glad you found the concept as funny as we did. Thanks for the comment!

Yeah it’s kind of sad, the physics started acting up on Sunday which means we weren’t able to finish implementing knot evaluation or set up the tutorial levels. Thank you for playing and the kind words <3 I will have another try at polishing up the game loop after the rating period is over.

Love the take on the timeloop approach. Seems kind of arbitrary at first but gets progressively more fun as you get the hang of rebounding and soft-touching balls. Great game!

10/10 no notes

Very well done and a cool (and at least to me fresh) take on rope puzzles. I enjoyed this one a lot!

This is incredible from the art to the sound and puzzles. It's polished to the point where it could be a finished feature of a larger game or if it was expanded upon, it's own standalone game. Only thing I can say is that I think the adherence to the loop thematic is a little weak. Probably my favourite entry so far :)

Looks so great and dropping balls is really satisfying. At higher levels you sometimes don't have enough time to drop balls on the middle track if you want to use the leftmostball and vice versa. But the fact that I played enough to get to such a point speaks for the quality of the game!

Very kissable frogs. 5/5

Neat idea with some issues getting past the tutorial but for a game jam nothing major. Maybe displaying the adress list constantly and introducing some secondary mechanic would make for less UI navigation and more problem solving, but you most likely already have a better solution in mind :D Great job!

Really neat idea I just would like to be able to watch my biku musumes while purchasing upgrades. I also wish that watching the bikes would be a bit easier since you have kind of an awkward angle onto the track. Overall enjoyable though and I did get my swag :D

I think making a coding game for game jams is always such a neat idea since so many devs will be playing who already enjoy that kind of challenge. This one is really well executed and looks super charming as well. Well done!

Very enjoyable submission, I had a great time shooting and upgrading and shooting some more! The level of polish is also impressive.

Thank you! We plan to tie up the game loop and add a proper tutorial as well as small finishing touches once the lock period is over.

Hey, I appreciate that!

Thank you for trying our game :))

Thank you so much for playing our game :) oh yeah, you need to get to the umbrella to end the level which we didn't really specify. We had overscoped by a bit and had to rush some parts. We might revisit the game though and update it once the jam is over, for which your feedback is really appreciated!

Hi, wasd for moving, e for curl up, space for playing out the queue and arrow Keys for the camera. I will update the description, sorry for the oversight!

HAHA I love it! Thank you for playing :)

thanks a lot! Yeah I think I missed a delta time somewhere which makes it a bit weird. Did you play on fullscreen? Also yes, I spent a little too much time on animation and too little on making movement feel tight. Thanks so much on the input, I'll work on making everything snappier!

I made a small game about flinging a character to places it couldn't reach on its own.

I have a webGL version of the hotfix available here. In my github repo you can see that level 4 was already implemented and filled with content back when the jam was still active, so if it's ok, please go play there :)

if you go to the page now theres a link to the hotfixed version  in a big boi disclaimer :) theres only one level more though but i still hope you like it!

you can also just click here

Ok so I fixed the bug, but can't upload while the jam is still ongoing :(
