How did you get past level six?

I WAS SUPPOSED TO GRAB THE EYE FIRST!!!!!!!!!!!!!!?!!!!!!!!!!!!! Ugh, every other interaction with the grabber involved clicking the grabber first, so I kind of assumed I'd have to do so there, too. I feel like there should've been some kind of hint that explained that since I typically learn by having instructions.
Yeah, this is a bit of a pet peeve for me, too. Although, for the characters that use staves, I've managed to make an accurate guess based on what little of a peek I get at the gems (granted, I was on fullscreen and the staves never had a skull on them (at least for me), and I'm pretty sure hammers only have one gem color anyway.
Quite fun so far, but I do have some notes:
1. Even with the one-shot helper thing, the Nym-Foe boss battle is quite difficult. The timing to slam the pallets on her is too tight, the meter goes down a bit too quickly, and her running when the player gets too far makes things much more stressful. I'd suggest making it so that she takes a set number of hits before being defeated rather than having to wear her down and/or making th pallets hit two tiles behind Jane rather than the current one tile.
2. I know you said in the dev note for room 4 that "no one likes trivia," but I quite like the idea of something that tests one's intellect and punishes them for getting something wrong by turning the participant into a bimbo (but maybe that's just me). Perhaps you could make a room that has riddles?
3. If this game were to one day have endings, then I think it would only make sense if there was a different ending depending on how big Jane's assets are when she escapes.
4. For as much of a pain in the ass as the casino is, I don't think it's as bad as it could've been.
5. Could we get some more growth scenes that don't require injection? Like the mirror scene in the bathroom adjacent to room 10 or the hypno scene in room 22.
All in all, it has its ups and downs, but what good h-game doesn't, right?
First thing you have to do is interact with the computer in room 13, then go to room 18 to discover what the code is. I'm not yet sure if the code was changed to be randomized like the phone now is.
Update: It's randomized. And I was three rooms off from where you need to go after interacting with the computer.
Nate has already stated in the in-game dev notes that he's still a bit iffy about using Patreon since the artwork was commissioned by him to other artists and since he doesn't do monthly updates, he finds it wrong to make people pay him monthly only to, and I quote, "run off with everyone's money" when the game is finished.
