Thanks for your feedback ! I agree about the mapping and plan on a version 2 with different timings and mappings as well features like hold notes.
Until then, I've just made a post jam patch so at least you can now play it without sudden stops and other stupid bugs :)

Thanks for your great feedback and well done on the score. I think you're somewhere close re delta time, I tried various ways but never got it really working well. I am going to keep working on this project and plan to rewrite the way the bike moves. Even though I kinda like the hyper-speed, I want to be a controllable one :)
I love the fusion of deck building with a simple rock paper scissor. I could have fun using my deck to super powering up one or more of the rock/paper/scissors while hoping the opponent cant counter me. Multipliers on a draw could be fun strategy as it might give you an extra advantage when you try to break the draw.
Absolutely nailed the Flash game feel. Overall it is a was a very cute and complete game. The tutorial text was cramped and hard to read but once i did it made all the difference. So many little touches of details made it nice to explore and not just click buttons.
I did like this at the end of the game and definitely have to add one into me next game.
I really like the concept of penguins vs the rest of the zoo ! Definitely think that its worth putting more time in to "finish off" if your so inclined it feels like there could be a fun game int there. Also my my daughter loved the giraffes. She did a zoology degree and apparently they really do fight by clubbing each other with their necks.
I also love the idea of the colour filters to find objects, it adds a nice twist. The slide in animation of the objects is smooth as silk and just matches the whole vibe. I did spend way too much time trying to open cupboards ... though that's more on me :)
The story really gave me the feels. I was not really expecting something like that. Reminded me of https://haraiva.itch.io/under-a-star-called-sun
Nicely done!
Glad you had fun! and yes climbing the clawporate ladder can lead to many valuable lessons, but that one is definitely a bug. Sorry about that and thanks for letting me know. I'll try to fix it after the rating closes.
Thanks for all the other great feedback. I love the idea of more decorations in the cattery.
Glad you had a go and enjoyed it. I hadn't heard of Diner Dash before but after playing it I can see what you mean. My other idea for the trinity of eating, sleeping and pooping was going to be based around babies in an old fashioned hospital nursery. but I couldn't think of a good mechanic for that idea until I was halfway through kitty keeper. By then I was committed :)
Thanks for letting me use your great art work! I used them in a game for a game jam

This was a long game jam so I spent six weeks of weeknights working with it and many of the weekends had some time spent on it. The sounds were done by my brother and he spent, about 10 - 12 hours for the sound side of things. All of the background music tracks were created for this game.
Since there was 2 of us this was the first time I set up a GitHub repository and used it in anger.
All the graphics are not made by me with credits given within the game's description. Speaking of description ... as an exercise I created a document with the mechanical description of how to play the game (think board game how to play type instructions) Gave it to co-pilot and asked it to produce a description of the game for marketing purposes. What it produce made the game sound like the game I wished it was. So I used it word for word however if I did this for a commercial game, I would most definitely edit it. The puns along are too much hahaha.
hope you enjoy playing
My son and I played this quite a few times and had loads of fun stabbing each other in the back. We both really loved the theme and how the sound and game mechanics all tied in. The "overtime" mechanic when scores were tied worked well with the other office staff getting thinned out.
Unfortunately the movement was just too frustratingly slow for me and this really took me out of the game. I'm assuming it was done this way to make it harder for someone who is screen peaking to just run away whenever someone gets close. Speaking of screen peaking, the "close eyes" mechanic was a nice too.
Also well done on a team of 5 putting together a coherent game with the graphics/sound and gameplay fitting together perfectly. It feels like a solid vision was behind this game and it was communicated well.
I wasn't sure at first but once the chase starts and the music kicks in I was really drawn into it. Trying to avoid all the chasers while feeding as often as I could was loads of fun.
I reckon a time to live between feeds might be good too. This would force the player to keep feeding while avoiding the ever increasing cops chasing you.
