This is why I love video games. Excellent stuff.

Blue...I feel awful for all of them, but Blue and Green hurt the most.
I don't know how to hide spoilers in comments so for anyone reading this, the rest of this comment has major spoilers for the game.
Something that stood out the most while playing this is that no one in the cast, admin or pilot, calls the sexual abuse Green experiences rape or sexual assault. I feel like that really spoke to just how dehumanized the pilots are, since they are "non-people" in the eyes of the Federation and the admins reinforce that systemic violence, and the pilots don't even have the language of consent to apply to themselves. Same for how their genders are not respected by the admins. It's a chilling thing to think about.
Speaking of the Federation and admins, Ramirez was the one that failed the team by neglecting them/dumping all his responsibilities onto Red, or being complicit in Green being abused by knowing it was happening and doing nothing, to do whatever useless crap he was doing. Rather ironic that the one time he actually steps up as a leader, by checking on Blue, gets him killed. I'm glad Red resolved to not be like him, in the end, but whether she'll actually put in the work to be a good leader remains to be seen.
I hope that Green gets some peace though, he deserves all the puzzle games.
Overall, excellent stuff. Sad and infuriating to see the pilots being abused by the system, and hurting each other as a result, but that was the point. I especially loved the moments where their perspectives melded together.
This was a lot of fun! My only critique is that the other spaceships seemed really sensitive during the delivery minigame, and sometimes I would lose a lot of health by just being next to them.
I look forward to more escapades with Fritter and Marmalade, I love their relationship and how they take care of each other.
This is probably one of my favourite games. The way the narrative was structured, the UI, the ending, it was all so phenomenal. I'm torn between screaming my love of the game from the rooftops (or rather, write about it on my blog), but also respecting the game's themes (and the fact that it's technically a fan game). Either way, you made something truly wonderful, and I wish you the very best on whatever you make next.
It really sucks that you've had to take your stories down, as I really enjoy your work, though I understand why you've had to do so. I am really glad that you are still writing, and hope your future projects go well (the solarpunk story sounds especially intriguing!) Here's hoping things work out for you, and I wish you the very best!
I had a lovely time reading this. It reminded me of the vibes from some of my favourite slow-burn, character focused manga, with your own creative touch added to it. I was wondering if the use of blue and green was connected to the Japanese word “aoi” (青) being used for both colours, so seeing that confirmed in the bonus material was delightful. I truly enjoyed the brief glimpse you gave us into Aoi and Eerie’s lives together, this is a graphic novel that I’ll never forget.
