The looping section made me feel like I'm in a purgatory, which seems on point with the game premise /j
That being said, it definitely needs something that indicates that you need to wait instead of walking through the loop/doing chores. I spent way too much time there lol

[Sorry for not giving a more detailed review I am very low energy on this jam]

I love infinite libraries, and the game looks great, but as others have said it is lacking in the gameplay department. Good job, though! I think it deserves more ratings. If I had to guess, I'd say your itch page needs more work to attract people

My laptop is pretty bad, so the game is borderline unplayable, unfortunately... It lags too hard. So I won't rate it, sorry!
I would look into ways to optimize Unreal Engine games for low-level hardware if I were you

I'll have to come back to this one. It's not super clear what I'm supposed to be doing, I've been walking from room to room for past 5 minutes and it's getting a bit frustrating...

The art and music are really good. I'm not sure if you've made it since there's no credits section, but if you did, that's awesome

Really liked this one, but I want to mention that resizing the game window breaks the UI lol
And for me the game window was too large to fit on the monitor, so it was either playing with UI all scewed or without seeing 1/4 of the screen...

It might be a web issue, but the lights behaved very weirdly and most of the time the game was too dark to see anything. I would prefer to play a PC build. I liked the premise though, big fan of the mystery flesh pit
Considering the jam's a week long, I think it's very solid!

I'm very much not easily scared and I can say with confidence that this is the ONLY scary game in this jam

Thank you for playing and for a detailed review! Adding to what Max have said:
Would you say the game was too dark? I've seen this issue on multiple recordings now, can't tell if it's a recording thing or if it's genuinely just pitch black for other people
As for the upscaled text, I couldn't figure out how to make it sharp lol but I'll definitely look into that

As for the "twist", I don't blame you for thinking it's cliche because. it very much is lol

Also, the fact that you make everything yourself (the visuals, the music, etc.) is really cool. Hope I can get to your level one day

Another Aizeki banger

This is the first game so far that actually scared me. Having to switch between the flashlight and the weapon, and the slow reload animation add a lot to the tension. Loved the giant head chase. Overall feels Cry Of Fear-esque, especially with the concrete environment. Good job!

I ordered a game with no jumpscare and my doordash driver brought me this

I did enjoy it! I'm a big fan of games that break out of the defined genre boundaries in a meta sort of way

Not entirely sure how the vampire or humans got to the moon but I like to think that they catapulted the poor chap into the stratosphere along with his belongings. A very funny premise
The gameplay felt very smooth and polished, love that

This is the best one I've played so far. Not much in the horror department but it makes up for it in everything else. It's cinema
The text broke a little bit (I assume it happened because I answered the question too fast) but it wasn't too game-breaking
I love Sage and her taste in music

I can't seem to interact with anything or pickup the letter/diskette, something might be broken... It's also very laggy on my laptop, but it's not a huge issue.
I'll wait for the fix, but I can already tell that this game looks gorgeous, love the rain particles!

Ты забыл убрать "Нужно ли добавить в описание системные требования или информацию о том, на каком движке сделана игра?" из описания :p

ChatGPT ass

And the eyeball trees like you <3

This game is so well made!!! The physics are very impressive for a week-long-jam game. It's like a small love letter to Outer Wilds

One of the best jam games I've played so far, very strong and clean visual style

Such a unique gameplay idea, nicely done!

I'm not sure if this game is hiding something or if it is just "kill smiley faces", I tried hitting/interacting with different walls and tinkering with the game files, but nothing happened...

Thank you for noticing the branch ceiling :3
People seem to miss it

I FORGOT TO UPLOAD A PROTOTYPE ohh well

woah... this is beautiful

Hello hello! Kind of an odd question considering how most gamejams work, but since this one is not competition-based...

We were planning to submit a game for this jam, but have come to realize that we won't be able to complete it before the deadline. I don't suppose it's possible to submit it way after the jam is officially done? I don't know how these things work internally and if itch even allows such things lol but it would be nice

Hello and thank you very much! It's definitely a work in progress, a lot of things need to be improved...

I love your music, it's so atmospheric. I'll definitely be using it in my future projects as well!

The mechanic of fighting the urge to eat was SO DAMN GOOD, I was clicking like a maniac, it made me genuinely anxious. The twist at the very end, too... oughhhhhhhhhhhh

And the visuals and sound design?? They are perfect in all of your games, it's like you know EXACTLY how everything should look and sound

Playing this made me slightly sad because I've realized just how much better you are than me at this whole story-telling-through-the-medium-of-games business /hj

Your sense of aesthetics and writing is unmatched, I'm afraid

HI JOVANI HELLO HELLO HI

thank you for trying it out <3

i will return to it eventually and hopefully fix the pacing somewhat

thank you lol!

Thank you for the input! Yeah, it's very short right now. I have some ideas as to how that can be improved, will implement that later hopefully!

all of your tracks are so good wth!

I would give up my agency to a brainworm if it meant no job /j
(very good vn!)

Dear BlueDash and Coffee,

I trust this message finds you both in good health and high spirits.

For a period of 6 years at this point, I have awaited *that* GoodbyePage update. Over the years, I have submitted numerous letters to your post boxes. I have also tried following you on the streets and asking for the update directly, although i have stopped the attempts following that regrettable incident involving you throwing rocks at me. However, I want you to know - I need you to know - that I am still waiting.

This is my final message. I ask you kindly to release the Gun update, allowing me the pleasure of shooting at geometry forms. I respectfully request that this feature be implemented within one week of you receiving this message..

In exchange for your cooperation, I shall continue to promote your game within my facebook group chat comprising of myself and 3 elderly ladies. Should this request go unfulfilled, however, I must inform you that December 14th, 2026, will mark the swift and sorrowful conclusion of your life upon this sphere we call Earth.

With utmost admiration and loyalty,

Temi
