Sorry for the late reply but this is actually a problem which I thought was fixed but creeped its way back.

To make this short, when an enemy dies of vore you don't gain any experience making you not stronger for the stronger fights. So sorry about that.
Secondly, the enemies have a 98% chance of dodging attacks but the player also has a 2% chance of missing. Apparentely, mixing these two together messes with the engine and it snowballs into like 20% chance of missing, which was not intentional.

Don't worry, once I can implement the fixed code and some more art for chapter 2 I will release these fixes to the public!

There is a hint in the same area :)
Or, if you're ambitios, you can try and read me like a book as to what the answer is.

Thank you so much for the kind words!
Really happy you and many others enjoyed the chapter and all critque will ofcourse be put to consideration! Was worried the mind-sequence would put people off since it's far from the vore-centric game I know you all want, but lore is also important in any game :)

As for the attack percentages, they will stay as they are because I have skills which increase landing odds, BUT I will in that case remove the evasion odds. That way you only have to deal with of your attack lands and not the enemies evasion as well.

With the refights, don't you worry! I have actually in the start of making the next chapter reworked a lot of fights, changed some stats and made them easier over all. Both because I realise me with all my in-game knowledge and premade strategies are not the same as you guys seeing all of this for the first time lol.

Thank you also for wanting to help out my project! For the moment I don't really need help in form of story writing, since I got most of it down, because right now I need more help with making areas and the game itself XD
Also about their bodytypes, true. They may be focused on chest and ass but(t) where else do you think all that weight on their bellies will go?! Back to their guts as fat? Don't be ridiculous lmao
(Jokes aside there will be more belly on them, don't you worry)

Once again, thank you for the kind words! Really need someone with me down here in the trenches lol
Have a great day and hope to see you when I release the next chapter... in another few months maybe ;)

Glad to see you excited!
Only update I can give at the moment however is... production is sadly slow. I have made like 20 minutes of content over the past few months because uni has been beating me relentlessly lol
Also because burnout was prominent after I released chapter 3, but enough blaming this on other things, I gotta get back to actually trying to make this game

I am very sorry about that and VERY confused myself. Losing a save file right after the bandit baddie scene is disappointing.
Sadly, I don't know why this is happening myself, like I said I never encountered this before. If anything, if you plan on playing through again and getting to the same place, open the game's www-folder and go inside the save folder. Then copy over the saves in a different folder seperate from the game's one, or see if the save files/folder magically disappears after you close the game.

Again, sorry that I can't help more than this and I'm sorry your first experience here was like this.
I still hope you enjoyed the game between the save corruptions!

If it means anything, THIS was a big surprise to me too! I haven't heard of any of this until you said it.
What exactly did you do before it was deleted? Where was the save file?

Hello and sorry for the late reply!

To answer your question quickly, food! I have placed plenty of potions and food around the area for you to take and use for when the healing spell isn't cutting it. Sad you couldn't get through it but happy you still had an earlier save!

Did not know about the sunhat though, that's a weird bug! Will fix it asap :)
Also, I hope I won't get dmca'd by the music either lol

Glad you enjoyed my game and I hope to see you in the next chapter too!

Appears you just got very weird rng then lol

Glad you enjoy it, and no, you must defeat all of them in the tournament :)

(1 edit)

WHAT ARE YOU TALKING ABOUT AND WHY ARE WE SCREAMING?!?!
Also, ow, that was harsh :(

Good to know for future updates, but I'm happy you still liked it lmao

Sorry but no, there are no guides (currently) and if you "suck at puzzles" then I have bad news for you...

(1 edit)

If you got a picture I can describe it to you :)

Pheew, good to hear!
For a second I was worried that the source of food, and mana regeneration, was going unused by the players :)

So happy that through all my negligence and purposeful demonic designs, you still enjoyed the chapter! Also glad that at least someone wanted to talk to all of my npc's as I did try to make them all have some form of joke or little gag XD

Don't you worry about those portals either. I will totally not not use them again :)

Also, don't you worry! I have plans for plenty of more food items and perhaps even some potions for later down the road, which means plenty of options to regain your mana! I mean, you did buy plenty of pie slices and mushroom stews... right?

... Fuuuuuuck that's genius! Why didn't I think of that?

Whenever you get the flavour text of the enemy struggling, you'll see how your health has decreased ever so slightly. That makes the skill do more against enemies with maybe more health or is more likely to escape over all.
Also, it deals more damage than just digesting or using Belly Rub if I remember correctly so that's always a plus, and also the reason (I think) it uses less tp :)

Damn, that's a lot of words. Too bad I'm not reading them B-)

Nah, just kidding, I read it all and I see your concerns.
My main idea for that fight was for you to see how you can both vore and fight at the same time and how they could coexist.
Enemies do actually damage you from inside after being nommed and can escape if too much damage is dealt to the player. So if the damage debuff and the defence debuff works well both for taking less damage whie they're inside and to deal extra damage if they so escape.

Either way, I see your point and I can also fix it with one simple tweak:
Lowering the Slime Queens stats :)

I honestly don't like what I did with the potions as they're supposed to be last minute items you need to reserve for special situations, but I had to put them almost everywhere just to make the players survive.

So, I see your point of view but to not make the player frustrated and think it is too hard since they *had* to use a potion, I'll simply lower the slime's stats instead. That should hopefully even out the slap-match you had been going through lol

But that will be after i return home, as I am currently talking through my 6 year old laptop XD

Such a convenience that you can save multiple memories, thank god <3

I meeeeeeeeaaaaaaaaan...
You already got the Slime Queen, Sebasti and Kadone re-fights in the Colosseum so I don't see why not lol

OMG THAT MAKES SO MUCH SENSE!!!
Thank you for bringing this up to me, I had never even considered it.

I'll tell this to my programmer friend and we'll see what we can come up with!

That is true, but it's supposed to be hundreds of times easier. For some unknown reason, after releasing chapter 3, the slime queen fight is nearly impossible because the player doesn't earn two specific skills related to vore. One that gives you health and another that lowers enemy stats.
With these it would be a cakewalk but now, unlike cases like yours, it is nearly impossible.
I have tried to replicate and find a solution myself but my game runs perfectly fine without any problems at all so I have no idea why all of yours doesn't.

That is a whole other story. Unfortunately, that area is unavailable from now on and if you missed anything you won't get them back.
Sorry :(

That is very strange and sorry you had to run into that slimey boss as well.

As for the shards, I have no idea honestly. If you saved after you picked up the shards you should still have them but if you didn't and they're somehow gone I have no clue how to fix it.
However, don't worry, you'll see plenty more of them later on in the game so it's not a total loss on your end.

The Slime Queen fight is bugged, it is supposed to be a cakewalk but for some reason, when you level up, you don't get the right skills.

That is... REALLY strange now.
Yeah the Slime Queen fight is supposed to be MUCH easier and the fact so many people don't even level up is just insane to me.
I'm sorry you had to deal with that and I hope you still enjoyed the rest of the game despite it lol

"Yes, submit to the madness in the air!
Air fry your mind, if you so dare!" >:D

Phew, that's a bit of a relief.
No clue why you didn't level up, since you're supposed to gain enough xp to level up instantly, but I'm glad you did now so you could beat the boss!
Also, don't worry about it coming off as rude. Some other people have encountered the same problem and trust me, there has been ruder lol

Really something I need to improve on:
Balancing fights lol

There are no cheats in the game, since cheater cheater pumpkin eater :)

Wait, you're telling me you don't have the vore-and-heal skill before the fight?

Almost right, it just says a colour in a specific order and it doesn't corrospond to emotions.
Nearly got it though ;)

I am sorry you felt that while playing the fight. I had actually made the fight easier since an earlier version but I guess I need to do some more tweaking to the game.

Did you download the recent version with the proper vore-skills or is this an older version of the game?

Jesus... I knew I forgot something.
So sorry for the late reply but what you need to do is add this picture inside the asset folder from www>img>system

I'll fix this now too but again, so sorry for the mistake on my end.

Lets just put this simply then:
Backtrack after a void has been fixed :)

Oh no, sorry, I had just forgotten to replace that part.

There is vore in the game! Chapter 2 is centered all around it! :D
I'll go ahead and replace that text rn

Ah! Noted!

Just wanted to make sure before buying the game on Steam since I am an achivement freak lmao
Congrats again on uploading the game on Steam! Now I can enjoy it all again while pulling my hair out over unfair over-the-top achivements ;)

Heya CoderGuy!
First things first, love your game! Payed for the full version about 2 months ago here in Itch and I'm really happy to see you uploading the game on Steam now as well!

Just one thing though to see if I got this right. One of my friends had also bought this game (don't know when) but they said that they also got a free steam key along with their purchase! They said it was in the download page you get after buying the game, but I can't find anything.

Is there something I missed or did I just not get one?

Anyways, my point still stands on the game and amazing work!
Have a good day as well :)

If you looked cloesely at the beginning of that area, you'd know what the red button unlocks ;)

Hope you got there in the end  (ᵕ—ᗜ—)
