you need the tutoring perk and subscribe to the council (on school before 12pm), you can work tutoring students with theirs studies on classroom or you can get the swimming perk and give swimming lessons

Ok, this was by far the game with the best (static) art style i've ever seen. 

just loved the game! the end really shocked me
