it really just crashes :/ and clearing the files doesn't work bcs it's the first time i open the game, it's the third time i reinstall it btw
Make sure you aren't clicking or hitting other buttons while it's still loading, because this can cause the game to crash while it's still in the initial loading process (this even happens on my PC if I don't let it fully load up before hitting anything).
If it is crashing without you hitting anything while it's loading up, this could be something on your PC. Make sure you have all the latest security updates for your OS & driver updates for your hardware (your video card in particular). Also to troubleshoot the issue, we'd have to know what OS you're running & potentially what your video card is (if it's not the OS, it's likely the video card is not powerful enough to run the game). I'm currently running Windows 10 when playing this game, although I still have a Windows 7 PC I could test it on if necessary.
EDIT: There's also the possibility that security software or parental controls could be preventing the game from loading.
