This is awesome work. Seems like you are enjoying the feedback and suggestion.

Truely boss!

Maybe have a version of the furnaces (or just the side) so there can be a stand alone one.

Maybe a bellows. It would be a cool animation :)

Great work! I am already using this in my game prototype

Do you have a UI pack for this collection?

Couple Questions:

1. Is there an empty cart, or is that in one of the other packs?

2. Can you have a graphic for the hole in the roof (the one that would be under the roof patch)? It could be in the tiles at the bottom

3. Could you include sizing on the houses, like how big each should be?

Purchased the Bundle https://itch.io/s/131627/fantasyville-sale-help-this-asset-pack-reach-its-goal

Really?!

A "Rundown" level of the building, could be a good addition to the collection.

This is great!

Enjoyed the music. Had some challenges in playing the game.

Tried on Chrome browser, Mac.

The game is in a small box bottom left corner of the window and does not allow me to push any buttons.

That happened to me, too!

Music was good, art style was enjoyable.

Had some bugs.  Wish there were some sound effects for the different collecting. Maybe a tutorial path?

Pros:

  • Music was good
  • Liked the art style

Cons:

  • No SFX
  • Bugs:
    • I couldn't make a peasant. The screen locked up when the menu came up.
    • I waited a bit and got my cursor back, but could not exit the menu

Tested on Chrome browser.

Yes, please post when you have an update to review.

Had a lot of issues trying to get the game to play.

I liked the music!

Can see the main menu, but none of the buttons worked for me :(

Awesome!

I think if you record a video of the gameplay you may attract more people to take the time and jump the hurdles to play the game.

Even a handful of screenshots to help people know if they would enjoy the game before making the jump.

Wondering what the options are within Jet Brains Rider IDE to make your project as an executable.

Very good feedback. The design does call for floor markers to help the player.  The full design only got half implemented, as they current just played a sound but didn't trigger any additional logic.

So, no game engine just a raw coding project. That takes some guts :)

The music is great!

Suggestion: Have a timer on each of the "open" series and if the player doesn't do anything popup a little message to help them understand how to move forward. Had a friend play it and they told me it was broken, but they just hadn't clicked on the screen.

Just wondering what you made this game in.

Same boat :(

Really like the art and UI. Had isses with the lander map only showing stones. I could click on different areas to get a discription of what was there, but had me jammed for a bit.

Will try the game again tomorrow and rate it.

Great Areas:

  • I loved the setting and the character art. It felt playful and entertaining, while having a unique styling to the theme.
  • Enjoyed the enemies
  • Would enjoy seeing a full game version of this!

Improvement Areas:

  • While music and more difficulty would have added to the length of play, I think Sound effects and a tutorial would have been better wins.
  • Think about introducing different weapons via a tutorial, you could have had some fun story elements baked in.
  • There was zero sound or music so had to give 1 star :(

Sound effects,  a bit of tutorial, would have taken this one to a whole different level of fun.

Ah, thank you for the information

How did you achieve: Removed the need for SharedArrayBuffers, making this project work well on all platforms (Mac especially)! ?

Thank you! Sorry, the Full Screen button was removed on an update accidentally, it has been restored via itch.io

I have been here before (last Game Jam), missed the deadline by 6 minutes due to using a new to me version of a game engine and the web export required a large download.

Help you get some good feedback.

This is awesome

Great game

Ah, okay. Thank you for the quick reply.

If there was an option to pay a minimum to get the layered files, I would be there to pay. I think it would be cool to mix and match some of the layers to make even more images.

Are you in the discord? If not DM me, please.

This is awesome!

Also, you may want to prevent the browser version from being downloadable.
