Digital Dreamscape's Pro Tip? Brilliant!
Hey hardcore fan—love this idea 🍄😊 Optional shines + cursor hints = perfect for chill seekers. And yeah, making players think before clicking is that energizing fun we all crave!
I'll weave in the optional hints for sure (no pressure, just pure exploration vibes). On click/retries tracking... spot on in spirit, but Luig's world stays timer-free—endless time to experiment, backtrack, and savor the growing puzzle chaos. Keeps it cozy ❄️
Thanks for the genius feedback; you're basically co-dev at this point. What's your fave hide so far? 👀
Thanks for the kind words on the puzzles and art—means a lot! 😊 You're spot on about the 'redo' frustration with the one-item inventory. It's 100% intentional (and a loving nod to retro classics like Adventure (1979), where you could carry just one item at a time—drop the sword to grab the key, backtrack like a pro. Or Dragon Slayer (1984) or Myst (1993), same strict 'one gadget only' rule that forced epic memory & planning.
Hi everyone! 🌨️❄️
I'm joining the Lil Guy Game Jam Winter with a little point & click puzzle game!
The core is a custom Phaser-based mini-engine + level editor that I wrote some time ago (just generic tools, not made for this jam).
Now during the jam I'm creating everything else from scratch: all the art, the puzzles, the levels, and of course our cute Lil Guy in his winter adventure! ⛄
A bit nervous if the pre-existing engine code is okay, but according to the rules it should be fine… right? 😅
Anyway, super excited to make something cozy and brain-teasing for this winter edition!
See you on February 2nd with (hopefully) a finished little game! ✨
Good luck to everyone, let's make some adorable lil guys happy! 💕
