Thank you so much for taking the time to go through my post Smurjo. Yes the issue you mentioned is there and genuine creativity cannot be replaced. The tool am creating cannot do that.

What user is expected to know :

  • What kind of story they want
  • How their environment will work.

What the tool does :

  • Elaborate or expand upon the story thread you have
  • If your environment works in a certain way. You can add rules. Rules are primarily how that location works. Maybe something like a plague is affecting the region. If you add that. When you start creating the story the ai will take that into account and gives you suggestions and options on how you can do charcter developments on that area.
  • You can talk to the said characters, in the interview panel, which is actually basic what convai and many ai tools do but just integrated to the editor.

This is the idea behind the editor. The nodes you see are not in unreal engine. It's in the story editor, the idea of this is the help game designers design missions, win conditions etc. Yes blueprints are extremely heavy when compared against c++ I have experience developing games in UE, and I always chose cpp. It may take more time for me but atleast it's much faster.

If you have sometime maybe I can share the app and get some feedback from you 😅

Devlog Video Link#1

Generated Story #1

Hi everyone

I just began developing a tool for my personal video game ideas. This is because, in my experience, using chatgpt or gemini doesn't really provide the conversation structure and is primarily used for lengthy talks. Thus, that is the primary goal of this tool! I thought it could be helpful to share this methodical approach to world-building here and gather feedback after looking at the video.

I’d love your feedback

I’m sharing early because I want this shaped by real dev needs, not just my own.

If you use tools like Twine / Ink / spreadsheets / Blueprints:

- What slows you down the most right now?

- Would you prefer visual graphs or script-based workflows?

- What feature would make you actually switch tools?

- If you use Unreal — what would you want exported automatically?

Even small suggestions help a lot.

Thanks for reading ☺️

Quick Note(if you play the game) : Be Sure to use Slide and grapple at the end of ledges after a jump to swing. You will run out of ammo so make sure you hit your targets!

As you kill enemies your ammo will be replenished

or You will loose bullets and die!

You have a shot gun which instakills if head shot.

Go for the head to get max ammo and max health

If you go below the fog you will die :/

Sorry for this hehe didn't have enough time to put a proper ending scenario
