Or you can allow the player to perform client-side actions immediately upon receiving a command from the user, simultaneously sending data to the server for verification. If, for example, the player's position is suspect, you send the client a teleportation command to the location the server deems correct. All interaction checks also go through the server.
This won't fix the problem completely, but at least some actions may be more responsive even with high ping.
Visually, the game looks very good.
The game starts too quickly so I didn't have time to understand what was going on, but once I figured it out I finished the game very quickly.

The browser version of the game is incredibly large, forcing horizontal scrolling on the game page. Overall, the game page looks much worse than the game itself.
Good art, decent soundtrack. Looks neat.
But for me, it's a bit strange to combine a clicker and a visual novel. While I can't really evaluate the text, as I don't speak English well and haven't read much of it, I think players who want to read the dialogue might accidentally miss something because they click on clothes to take them off.
The AI animations are not bad, it's just a shame that they don't all loop.
Very long loading, maybe you should use some compression for all png, not sure if godot uses it by default for 2D.
The progression curve is weird, at first everything looks good, but after a couple of minutes I start getting so much money that I can buy anything in a few seconds.

Yes, there is a lack of some background music, in such places there is always music playing.
You have really good art. It's a pity that the player probably won't see the final art with a good ending.
The controls are a bit unintuitive, so maybe if the jump was on <space>, it would improve the user experience a bit.
Yes, the game is quite difficult, I was only able to collect 4-5 leaves before falling. I'm also a little confused by the fact that the player probably needs to hit a small fox sprite accurately before getting a good ending, but maybe I'm wrong.

I had to use "cheats" to see the art for a good ending.
