Yeah, using pre-props is dead in my game.. I just couldn't figure out how to implement it...

Can you maybe write to me on discord? My nickname is the same on micro-jam server like and there

Thanks for the feedback! I'll keep this in mind for my next games!

(1 edit)

Yeah qwerty, XD but I'm don't think problem is here

Sorry about that, the only thing I can praise is the visuals, but I don't think it wasn't ready before the jam...

Okay, fine, I don't want to play this because of the automatic camera rotation...

Otherwise. You guys did an amazing job! The movement mechanics are great, the only thing is, I would have made the speed loss a little less... Otherwise, both the voice acting and the graphics are all great! I even managed to collect 8 paws before I hit a rock... I give you 8 lost cats out of 10 because of some things that seemed wrong to me

Oh...

guys just... How to move this rock???

It can be more better than it... I just made it first time and i don`t have more to another gameplay mechanics :(
But thank you for feed-back!

Not sure what to say, beautiful graphics. 4 useless enemies out of 10

The secondary theme is not implemented at all. Pointless attack mechanics considering that the enemies are basically boxes without a brain.

I would like to give a higher rating, but I don't know why...

Maybe... A bit more animations. Improve the game page... Maybe? Otherwise, especially for a first game, a great result! 7 roling bugs out of 10!

What can I say, I really didn't have much time. The level was supposed to end with another micro cutscene from Sunny's perspective, but alas, I just didn't have enough time. I also tried to add randomness to the NPC spawn, but everything didn't go according to plan and I had to roll back the changes. As for the particles... Well, I wanted to add some dynamics to the level, but it didn't work out too well...

Anyway, thanks for leaving a review. It's a pity I didn't manage to implement everything I wanted. But the game has an end...

You could write something like

You are a hamster, but not just a hamster! The world itself bends at your command MUHAHAHAHAH!

Management (Add this information for the sake of it)

Credits - Like, who did what, and so on

Well, this is a standard description, then everything needs to be finalized depending on the needs and imagination

Well... First of all, I would like to point out the complete lack of sounds. There are obvious problems with the character rendering, the levels are also quite boring and somewhat unfinished.

My advice is to raise the level of graphics. If this is difficult, then either simplify the style or improve other aspects of the game. Honestly, I really would like to give a higher rating, but the project is raw and literally empty. Alas, 4 princesses out of 10

Perfect, realy fantastyc job! 9.5/10!! You can make more text on your game page maybe?

9/10, fantastic concept

Again, overall the game is great, but I think there are problems.

Very cool game dude! A little out of place for the secondary theme in my opinion, but otherwise... Art design is just awesome! 8 social platforms out of 10!

Art design and music - my respect. I didn't even pass the first level because of problems with the controls. I'm not sure if I'm doing something wrong or if it's intended, but in my opinion it works badly... And I accidentally caught a bug :3 6 runer pixel out of 10

A game about a funny old man, the controls really fit the theme... The cutscene is interesting, I want to praise it separately. Overall, 8 mental hospitals out of 10

In general, I don't even know what to say. 5 smiling emoticons out of 10

The concept is interesting but as we already understood it is not original. Visuals and sound are excellent! 8 sleepy pixels out of 10

You could rate my game too if you want. I'd appreciate it

The game might be interesting but unfortunately it's impossible to play in browser, the window is too small to fit all the notes

A goodgame. I really liked it. A bit polishing and a few more mechanics and it can be just great

The concept itself isn't bad, but I feel that the presentation is a bit underwhelming. But it's fun nonetheless, good job. 4 platforms out of 10

Fun idea, unfortunately there is not enough content for the "Game" In my opinion, it is only funny to watch for the first two minutes, after which it is not so interesting and you leave the game. Pixel art and sound design are not bad, but there is not enough content. 6 generated levels out of 10

Fantastic stuff! Really interesting gameplay! Graphics and sound design are top notch! Really cool implementation in 48 hours! I'm sure you'll get into the top ten!

Interesting concept, the story is not very catchy, but you have quite original gameplay so... 7 strange spirits out of 10!

Well, overall the visuals and sounds are cool! There is room for improvement! Don't expect too high a rating, but overall 6 cute toads out of 10!

AHYO, the game is quite entertaining, a little difficult at times, and because of the shitty color scheme it is not always clear which spikes kill and which do not, but overall it is pretty cool! 7.5 gallons of ale out of 10

Excellent visuals and sound! In my opinion, there are some minor problems with the difficulty of the levels, they are a little bit out of order in my opinion, and perhaps adding one or two more control mechanics would be a fantastic idea! Otherwise, I really liked the game. Of course, there are questions about the main menu... But nevertheless! Maximum out of 10!

Interesting control concept! Quite funny gameplay! The graphics are a bit blurry, and there are not enough sounds to liven up the picture. Otherwise, a great project!

I think it's a pretty interesting concept! I really like the graphics, but there are some problems with the controls. My cursor disappears on the screen when I try to aim somewhere... + the problem is that for some reason the movement on the WASD doesn't work for me

I HATE THIS FUCKIN BLOCKS!!!

And I actually found a bug, lol

In the final room, there's a small puzzle with a pressure plate — you need to stand near the door with the main body and press the plate with the spirit. But it’s really poorly drawn, made like two hours after the jam ended, so... There just wasn’t any time, and maybe adding this puzzle was a bad idea XD

Y'know, if the player's moving forward, the fire trail should logically flow backward, shouldn't it?

It’s hard to explain specifics—maybe it’s just personal taste—but I feel like the player sprite looks a bit ‘muddy,’ and the flight animation isn’t very clear. Overall, flying also feels overly long to me. The attack animation is interesting, but the exhaled flame looks a little messy too, though it probably fits the art style.

I’d say the main recommendation is to generally improve pixel art skills. Our team’s game also fell a bit short graphically because, well… I was the artist XD

Cutscenes are broken... The ending's glitched... Looks like absolute ass... But hey, at least it works :3

Your concept is quite interesting, but in my opinion, the potential of both the secondary and main themes isn't fully realized. The cutscenes and storytelling are genuinely great, but the animations could've used some more polish. Overall, the locations are beautiful and picturesque, though some traps aren't very obvious due to their color scheme and size.

I feel like the level could use one or two more checkpoints—nothing critical, though. Also, the enemy AI is pretty basic, and honestly, you can just ignore most enemies while running through the area.

That said, special praise for the cutscenes and narrative—they're solid! The rest feels a bit weaker in comparison, but for a first project, you did an excellent job
