Awesome pixel art, especially for all the pick ups. Each one felt important and that I needed to take it next. I also felt so powerful with 3 jumps and the ability to walk on spikes. Was finding chests like nothing. Awesome experience. I'll come back for 25 after the Jam.

Fun game, I love the daisy chain effect you promised in the title and had a lot of fun zooming. I agree with some of the other comments, hard to swap directions once you are going. I also didn't have a big enough incentive to make my orbit bigger, I was just happy keeping at a small one and daisy chain killing enemies away as I looped.
If you have power ups for stronger bullets, multiple bullets etc. at different radius, I can see that pulling me out of my comfort zone and playing with the risk and reward. Especially if you introduced more enemy types that need to be killed in a different way.
Awesome game, lots of potential. Would love if you checked out Orbit :) GO SPACE!
Love the concept. Was able to spam the cycle a bunch, go in a circle lining all the fishies up and then gobble them through one more cycle. I think this can be avoided by giving the fish a bit of variation from the path they are taking behind you, that way it's harder to school them up and rack up a high score too quickly.
If you have time, would love some feedback on our game :)
Like everyone else, this is a great idea. For your next iteration I have a suggestion. Have a grid on the floor or in the background that allows the player to plan out moves. Some unit of measurement would help me plan jumps and amounts to move a lot more effectively than trail and error and makes the player feel clever for figuring out the loop needed to succeed instead of it feeling more lucky.
Again, great idea, would come back if you updated it after the jam. Would also appreciate a play of my game as well as any feedback you have :)
This was my favourite clicker game of the jam. It has purpose and you need thought and balance. Well done. I only wish you had a little countdown to start off the level so I could move my mouse to the feed button. The distance I needed to move from retry to feed used some munch time up. Awesome game, awesome visuals, awesome audio too (wish I found that for my game)! Well done :)
Love cats and game to play. I like that you can only collect in the upside down world, a cool mechanic. Fun and light :) It think it could be cool if the spider cat could drop something that is helpful for the white cat in its domain. Then you can plant stuff upside down. Anyways great game, glad I played.
Would also appreciate a rating on our game :)
That is some well thought out feedback, thanks for taking the time to write it all out.
We’ve definitely considered some of the items you mentioned, and will talk about some of the ideas that are new. All this play testing has been helpful feedback for us to make the experience more enjoyable for any one who picks up the game. We intend to make changes after the game so we can slowly work everyone up to the higher difficulties while making it feel like the game is playing fair.
With the time we had and the amount of play testing done, we were happy with what we put out and hope you can take advantage of the skip button to experience more of what the game has to offer. Again, things like shrinking the planets (like in the last level) and a projection of an orbit are things we intend to tweak and hope you come back to try those changes out after the jam :)
