Why should I get used to it just because they're understaffed? I couldn't care less; these are very simple jobs that should ALWAYS work. There's no need to discuss it; that's just a lame excuse.

Somehow, the operators don't seem to have even the slightest interest in cleaning up this mess and fixing it. What's the point?

DEMO?

The game suggestion on my phone says NOTHING about a DEMO. What's going on in this store? Only half-baked information, nothing's done properly anymore.

What's going on with the client and everything else?

When I search for something in the game client, it NEVER finds a game. You have to go through the website, and even there you have to be lucky to find the game. That's how it was with Unreal Prequel. It's an endless search, and even after you've installed it, you still have to search in the client for where it was placed. What kind of sloppy programming is this?

Just now, another game was suggested to me, Do Not Disturb, but it's nowhere to be found either. Can this company ever get its act together?
