A game with a cool concept and Game Boy-style graphics. As for the drawbacks, I'd like to point out the ear-damaging sound of digging (it would be great to have volume control). It would also be nice to add a bit of progression with each level, so the difficulty increases gradually (maybe requiring more digging or introducing more lethal cells), as it seems to be randomly generated now. The screen is quite small too; it could be made larger. Very commendable for a first effort!
Very cute art and a fun setting. I would like the character to move faster for a more dynamic gameplay experience. Also, it would be helpful to have indicators showing where enemies are, as I often ran from one corner of the map to another trying to find them. And it seems like the flamethrower doesn't work, or maybe I was doing something wrong :D.
Thanks for yout review! We agree that the game turned out to be a bit challenging! As for the arrangement of the houses, initially, we wanted to make some parts of the houses unique (like the roof or the doorway), but we didn't have time to create different sprites :D. That's why the order is strict. We plan to fix these issues right after the Game Jam ends, so you can follow us to play the improved version of the game!
