thats fair! it is true that text-only will probably reach a smaller audience than a VN, but it's also true that a VN with ai art will turn off enough people that it might mean the audience is smaller than if you went text-only anyway. just something to think about :) anyway i wish you luck whatever you decide

Hi! Genuine question: if you don't have the skills to make art, nor the money to hire someone with those skills, why make a VN? there are plenty of ways to make an nsfw game without requiring visuals. you could even tell this same story in a text-only twine game and it would play to your strengths better without distracting players with AI art. choosing the AI route just makes everyone see it as low effort regardless of how much work you put into it.
hi, thank you for the well wishes!! i'm glad you like it :)
whether i'll continue with this is still unclear but adding trans men is definitely something i've considered! i had trouble finding a way to do it without adding a ton of extra work to make the genitals look right (and i wouldn't wanna do it if it would look wrong or be poor representation). but it has been a while since i thought about it, if i do continue with this i'll definitely see if i can't come up with a way to do trans men's genitals properly! trans men are indeed men so it would definitely fit.
thanks!! you're so kind <3 it's on my todo list to add a sort of muscle bear body shape, and it will probably be one of the first additional body shapes i add, though it will probably be a while until i get all the current stuff in a good enough state to start adding new stuff. thanks for your interest :D
glad i could make your day, haha! when i was playing i felt like the approach to the story, the way it's unfolding, isn't something i've seen a lot of in VNs! like, there are sections of focusing on the job, and sections of focusing on the characters, and that balance between the two sections makes me really interested to see more about both. it does feel experimental in that it differs from the single focus most VNs have, but i think it works really well so far for what you're making, and you're definitely pulling it off! and with the reputation system it almost feels like a ChoiceScript game with the addition of a visual element, which is really cool and something i haven't seen much of before :)
take your time with the next release, i know personally that gamedev in uni can be a pain, haha, don't overdo it!
really like how this is going!! honestly a pretty unique VN in its structure and presentation, and i really like the in-universe explanation for the focus on chubbier people. feels very positive and non-fetishitic in a way few games can manage. i'm also excited for the gameplay elements to be expanded, the hiring process seems intriguing and i'm interested in how the reputation systems will come into play. good good stuff, so underrated, keep it up :D
hi! im glad you like it :D yeah, you should be able to change the name to whatever you want. and yeah, you'll be able to walk around and actually do stuff with the character. i'll definitely be adding more hair and accessories like piercings. tattoos are something i didn't consider, but it's a great idea! i'll definitely consider it. it'll just be a single player game, but there will be some sort of encounters with NPCs. nice guy!! haha, i'll be adding facial expressions at some point so hopefully the dead stare will be less dead. thanks for the comment! :)
as i add new body types, it's pretty inevitable that one of them will be a muscle-chub, but it probably won't be anytime soon. as far as slim body types, you can lower the weight slider to make a thinner character, but i have no plans to add more than that, as the focus of the game is on chubbier guys.
