There's a toggle to disable overlay mode. Most linux distros have a way to set a regular window always in front.

I'm part of a small indie team of two developers working on an adult (18+) bondage sandbox game, and I'm currently looking for a 3D artist to help define and build the visual identity of the project.

We offer a revenue share arrangement for the artist’s contribution, with up to 25% depending on scope and level of involvement. In addition to this, we also provide a $200/month contribution during development, in addition to revenue share. While not a full commercial rate, it reflects our commitment to the project during active production.

We are using UniWindowController (https://github.com/kirurobo/UniWindowController) which is not supported on Linux. That being said, we added the overlay mode toggle in settings, specifically because it improves compatibility on Linux.

theres an option to disable overlay mode, might make it work
