The idea is really cool, but i feel like it def needs some work, it was kinda hard to  wrap my head on how to orient the submarine. The only thing that actually needs work is the camera, it definitelly needs to have a max and min rotation up and down, and i didnt understand the game not letting me look where i wanted

Overall loved the idea, keep it up!

I felt like it was louder on the left side, yes. You did really good with audio, this was the only thing that actually bothered me, the rest i really liked

Really cool bounce mechanics, and loved the cat! Awesome game! Though i felt like the music was a tad bit too much in my left ear, and that bothered me a bit, but the music button came in clutch

Really cool vampire survivors-like, i do wish that instead of the upgrades being pre defined, we had a choice, and the hit sounds, though satisfactory, definitelly got a bit stingy when a lot of them were playing at once. And i do feel like the movement itself could use a little work.
Other than that, awesome game!

I really liked the idea, and the spritework is really cool, though i think the game would have benefited from an infinite roguelike mechanic, instead of an 5 levels and you're done one, it would have specially worked with the choose one of 3 random upgrades mechanic you alheady have. Really cool, keep it up!

Really liked the idea, maybe a tad bit too hard? Really cool though, i liked it

Really cool! Really loved the art and the song, and it was a fun top down roguelike! Keep it up

The visuals were awesome, and the sound design, really good game overall, just wish that there were some scary things happening, i spent the whole game expecting something, and nothing happened lol.

Really good game, and good interpretation of the theme, keep it up!

Awesome "Spin" on the theme (heh), loved the physics, i did find a bug  (at least i think it is one) that when you reset the throw, with space or MMB, the score is reset, but the multiplier isnt, so i just got a really big multiplier and fliped the bottle with as little force as possible, and it worked!
Really fun game, really fun physics, loved it, keep it up!

Really loved the idea, the controlls and the physics were a bit cluncky but i got the hang of it. Really good, keep it up

Really cool idea! loved it

This is the most serious one i've seen so far. Love the armadillo, and i really liked the idea of spinning levels, not sure i understood how to choose the direction it was going to spin (maybe it was random) but i enhoyed and beat it nonetheless. Keep it up!

Awesome beyblade game, the style reminded me of the old mortal kombats, really cool idea! the game juice is on point, and i liked the effects! keep it up!

I loved the idea for the gameplay, you having to switch the direction for each enemy, really cool! and i liked the movement, which was actually very similar to my game's movement.
Loved the music too! really good game! keep it up

Loved the art and style, and the song was awesome too, cute bunny, and the interpretation of the random spells was cool.
Just didnt like the killing enemies feel, felt kinda cluncky

Really liked the game, loved the upgrades, would like for the falling mechanic to be more forgiving. Also, i dont think the unlucky upgrade is cool, i was exited for an upgrade :(.

Really liked the game, the inscryption like gameplay, but i do think it is kinda too much luck based, and also, if you just dont skip the wheel, and keep spinning it, the round never ends, which lets you basically gather infinite money and cards

I tried making an homing system, and i did leave it in, but i made it very faint, as most of the time it felt like the game was fighting me trying to play it.

I plan on making diferent types of enemies and on making enemies easier to hit, this is definitelly more of a satisfying "kill a ton of enemies" game, so thats my main goal right now, i will look into making the enemies bigger.

Besides that, what would you say the game still needs to feel complete?

I am working on an post jam version, and i believe i fixed that problem, put some effects for when you hit the enemies and made the impact feel bigger.

What else would you say the game is missing
Tysm for playing!

Doing power ups was my intention, but i had to cut that for the jam because of time, but i still pretend to fully release this game! Most people said this was confusing, so ill def be working on that. What else would you say the game is missing?

The game looks awesome, has a lot of juice, the art, its really good, though it is kinda hard, it def needs a bit tweaking
I found it fun that we had a similar idea

I loved the art, the music, and it was clear this was made with a lot of care, though it is a bit weird to get a hang of. I feel like this game with some polish could be a great game! keep it up

Where do you think the game was most lacking effects and sfx? Tysm for playing the game! ill be sure to give your game a try aswell.

(1 edit)

In what places would you say i could polish up and what changes do you think i could make to make the game better?
Tysm for playing the game, the rotation speed loop was something we thought very early into the jam, it was definitelly one of the objectives.

Ill be sure to check your game out aswell!

This was an awesome interpretation of the theme, really liked it! very diferent from the other interpretations i've seen here.

Im not sure if i just didnt get it, or if something was wrong because of my resolution, but after i clicked the drill (with the resident evil style inspection) i just got softlocked, i tried restarting and clicking every key and button that was on my screen, but nothing did anything. My guess is theres a button offscreen to get the thing, that got offscreen because of my resolution. (edit: I wont be rating for now as i think it would be unfair to rate without playing the game propperlly)

that being said, i LOVED the artstyle, really pretty drawings!

Its a cool concept, i like the idea of the spinning and then having to submit, really cool game!

Is there a way you think the game should be that is more intuitive? i made the game, so it just makes sense to me

Tysm! My main objective with this game was definitelly the movement!glad to hear we achieved that goal

Dang i forgot about the try again screen? Its in portuguese, because i just carried over some menus i had alheady made for another game, i guess i missed one :(.

Could you explain what problem you were having with the ability? My guess is you got the teleport one (they're randomly assygned at the start of the level) and wasnt in range of any enemy. It still gives you a boost, so you dont just waste it, but its very faint.

And the killing enemies is on me, i should've put some diferent sounds for when you hit them. Actually, every time you hit them, with your movement, it deals damage, and the damage is based on your speed and spinning velocity.

Thank you so much! above all, my goal was to make a satisfying and juicy game, with good movement, so it is really cool hearing that i could achieve that!

Awesome idea, the time travel stuff, and you having to use the changes in the periods to actually get the stuff you need. I managed to win! just wish you were more clear on the oil thing, it was a change of mechanic i wasnt expecting, and i ended up getting stuck there for a little while, but nothing too bad :)

Really loved the game

Really loved the gameplay and the gamefeel, had a lot of fun swinging around, just wish the spider had more animations, instead of the only falling one

Stellar game, Stellar Art, Music, and Really fun gameplay, all the different minigames and all. Loved this so much

Really loved the juniper drawing, and the propeller hat spin to fly, awesome

Really cool idea, and really polished game! It is very challenging, but i liked the way you had to use your shooting momentum to move around!

Loved the game! i could play this for a long time.
Honestly, polish up the visuals and make some more weapons and stuff, and you could release it (Put in an infinite mode for me!)

The idea is also actually similar to mine!

Really fun game! really cool interpretation of the theme

Imensurable aura. 500 stars.

Really liked the game, its a fun platformer with a cool idea, the saw color and all. The art is also really charming
