Oh thank you! yes, I saw the text in white but I discovered it was kinda bugged, so it's actually dark. Now it should work better:)

Even if you reused assets, if you put this together and its your first little jame it was decent.
You are still learning something. Next time though, I expect some of your own original artwork, even if it looks "bad". Challenge yourself!
Thanks for the suggestion, but I used free assets just because I had a few hours to dedicate to this jam, and because the jam rules are permitting to use free assets :)

I have a hard time seeing the theme in this game.
Maybe you could have expanded the story a little further to match the theme more.

Cool short story, but not really a game. the graphics and audio are really good, but the game is not very fun.
Neat little short story but I didn't feel like the theft was much of the gameplay. There is no reason to go backwards, so it's mostly just holding D until the story ends. Neat execution with good art, but I do not consider this game to be based around the theme of theft. The music and sound effects were also pleasing.
Thanks :) You are probably right, there is one stealing action but it's not the main element. But during the development I was also thinking of a broader concept like the night stealing away the toy, since you grow up (so it's like stealing your childhood).
