Also, the text is a little uglier because Scribble (my beloved) apparently doesn't work with html. Sorry about that, I loved the wiggly text too :(

Thanks for the feedback! Also you can play the levels in any order, you just press left or right on the level select in order to change it

TYSM for you support! This one was a bit of a struggle to finish, but I'm happy you like the result!

OMG THANK YOU SO MUCH FOR THE KIND WORDS!!! Comments like this mean the world to me. I'm planning to do a handful of updates after the jam fully ends, including fixes and some new levels, but I'd also like to rework the gameplay a bit to make it all a bit less repetitive :)

This game was great!! I loved the art style, the upgrades at the end of each level, and I am a complete sucker for melee combat of any kind. My only two big issues were the lack of mouse sensitivity options, (which isn't a huge deal, I'm just picky,) and that there wasn't much reason to actually fight the enemies as opposed to just avoiding them. Maybe if there were smaller battery refills that were dropped by enemies instead of the batteries sprinkled throughout the levels? Anyway, even with my two big issues, this game was an absolute blast to play! Well done!

Hell yeah! I'm really happy you liked the game! Your kind words mean a ton! :)

Thank you for the feedback!

Overall, pretty enjoyable! Some of the puzzles can be a bit tedious, but besides that, I really enjoyed it. :)

Thank you so much!!!

Thank you for the feedback!!!

Yeah, that's understandable, the gameplay was a bit of a struggle for me. Thank you so much for your feedback!

TYSM!!!

I do not know how to describe this game. It is really fucking good. The characters are amazing. The art is peak. Aside from a handful of small issues, like the areas feeling a tad bland and some minor glitches, this game is damn near perfect. Short and sweet, but you can tell that a shitload of love and effort went into it. Great job, guys! I'm excited to see what you all do in the future :)

Thanks, but I'm actually a solo dev as of right now lol. I appreciate your kind words :)

That means a lot, even though I didn't actually make the music. It's from a Humble Bundle I got a while back, I do not have a musical bone in my body. I'm planning to get someone for original music in my next project though, which should be nice :)

I was planning on having a tutorial, but I was running really low on time and it sadly had to be cut down to just some text on the itch page. I'm really happy you liked the game though! Thanks for giving it a try!

Thank you so much! Originally this was actually a fnaf-styled game, but I switched it to an arcade platformer at the last minute. Because of that, I was basically just stuck working on polish for the first day or two while I brainstormed how to translate my original mechanics over. They got a bit butchered on the way, but I think what I came up with fits a platformer a lot better!
