Glad to hear you've enjoyed the game.
There has been no further development on this game since a few months after its release in 2017 (an update involving minor bug fixes and spelling/grammar improvements). For now all effort is being poured into the sequel, which is slated to be released this year. And this does feature a lot of improvements on the stealth gameplay aspects, including melee/non-lethal attacks for a full no-kill stealth approach.

World In Danger is a top-down action game with stealth elements, similar to classics such as "Metal Gear". Embark on missions across the globe, taking out groups of enemies, rescuing hostages, disarming bombs and more. Face the unique and challenging boss fights  encounters as the story unravels in this over the top action extravaganza.

Previously already available on Steam and for Android on mobile phones. Now here on Itch.io to reach a new audience. Enjoy!

Full controller support

You can play the game using a Microsoft Xbox 360 or Xbox One controller from start to finish. Either ensure you start the game with the controller from the main menu or at anytime pause the game (using the "Escape" button) and select the "Controller" option. The option is only visible if a supported controller is connected and detected.

Should you lose controller connection at anytime, the game will automatically pause and give you the option to either reconnect the controller or switch to keyboard and mouse controls.

If you play the game using the mouse and keyboard, Full-screen mode is recommended.

When the game is running, press the button combination "Alt + Enter" to switch to and from Full-screen mode.
