Yeah, that's one thing I end not being able to clean up because of time, definitely would make a good addition. Also an in-depth step by step tutorial would also help a lot too. On the aspect of mixing, that was one of the only hard-set things I had in my mind while brainstorming, I wanted to mash two genres and see how I could affect the gameplay between the two. Could benefit from adding something more in the tower defense that can be used in combat. Thanks for the feedback!
I am a scaredy cat when it comes to horror but psychological horror is more up my alley. I had a good time playing this, well done! One piece of feedback is that sometimes the game can feel a bit clunky and the visual fog you've added is cool, but I was lost for a little while lol. And in the ending I turned around and accidently went back the way I came. Great game otherwise though, good work!
thanks! one of the last things i thought of doing before i had to be done was sfx which unfortunately i cut out of the scoop to finish but i 100% agree. LMFAO yea the music was made by my friend i just told him gimme anything in a day he whipped that up. yea the final boss is pesky but not too bad although there is a bug i found where if u die in the final boss fight the camera doesn't reset properly lol. thanks for playing and for the feedback!
I like the art and the idea. The only thing I'd say is either give the player more small things to buy, with incentive, so that purchasing becomes a choice rather than a chore. And the gameplay after the first few "simon says" becomes stale, so maybe add another way to get money or maybe more minigames to keep it fresh. For a jam though, great job!
I really like the art/polish. I think it was a good idea, especially for a game jam, the only thing is it might be too easy for some people, like I figured out how to maneuver properly after my first death and from there was able to finish it in under a minute. Then again, being short is also a strength. Either way good work!
