Aw I was so sad when the game ended because I wanted more lol. This was far more enjoyable than I expected, I love the goofy art style and yeah the gameplay loop is perfect. MAYBE make the difference between grass and path easier to tell apart because I sometimes got punished when I barely touched the grass but maybe that's intentional. And if you expand on it, I think you should do a level select. Either way, fantastic game.

Definitely one of the most creative games in the jam.  It's a charming little game with cute animations and a groovy theme. My main gripe is that I felt that I was dealing no damage to the boss no matter what. Still, it's good fun and well done on making this.

This was quite addicting! I really enjoyed the gameplay loop of flying around in a dogfight and occasionally upgrading to make yourself more powerful. And once I discovered boosting it got even more fun. Sadly the lag detracted from the fun a little but still I quite enjoyed it. I just wish there was a soundtrack, I can only imagine how cool a 1940s style mixed with retro sounds would be

Extremely tough with a lot of depth. I like how it has that Celeste style of brutal difficulty but low punishment. The art design with those parallax backgrounds; my god it's gorgeous. And those ost is addicting. My only criticisms is to reduce the lag that I have; either through optimisations or through lower graphics / effects if that's possible

The art direction is super cool! And the music too!  Gameplay-wise yeah it might have needed more time but I think for a mostly solo project you cooked. And it might be worth updating honestly instead of abandoning it.

More addicting than expected. This would do super well as a mobile game imo. Not much to improve upon other than an audio glitch where if you tab out and back in it breaks the audio. Good game though!

I really enjoyed this game. I liked it so much that I got the score over 1 quintillion before stopping lol. The art and music are super charming and its a fun premise too. My main feedback would be to have either a reroll price that scales the more you do it, or have the upgrade price scale much more because later on it's so cheap to upgrade in the shop, that I was just mindlessly upgrading without thinking. And there was zero threat of hitting anything bad on the wheel anymore. But yeah well done with the game I quite liked it.

The first maze had me stuck for a while and the gameplay wasn't that fun for me but outside of that - love the art and music and it's so cool that 80 devs worked together on this.

10/10, I love the music especially but it's also so fun and visually gorgeous. It feels like there's a lot of depth to this game and I played this one for over an hour before I got bored. Also thank you for including a potato graphics mode

Absolutely incredible, every single thing about this game is perfect and I cant give any criticism lol. The art and music and programming are all 10/10

This is such an incredible game! The art style is super unique and amazing, the gameplay is super well thought out and fun, plus there's a great progression system with a really cool boss fight at the end. With some more polishing and content, this is the kind of game you could put on steam! And you're saying this was made in a week???

It's nice to see a fellow first time dev who made a game in Gamemaker about fidget spinners lol. This game is pretty cool; the music and art are great and the gameplay loop is simple to understand and fun. The only things it needs is a way to restart the game after losing, the enemies having some animations, and maybe some security who try to stop you? But I understand not being able to get that done in the timeframe. Solid game!

Firstly the music is phenomenal, you did an outstanding job. Would be better if it didn't fade out but still, it's SUCH  a groove. Secondly, the art and animation is also top notch and I love the retro theme. Lastly, the gameplay is pretty fun when you hit a combo, but I wish it was easier to consistently bounce on the creatures instead of hoping the game generates them close enough together. I love this game though it's great.

Edit: I just realised that you can time a jump to go higher. It became way more fun after learning that; I just wish that was mentioned somewhere in the game.

The game looks very cool and the spinner's movement is very well made. For me personally I struggled with dragging r with the mouse and struggled to understand how to deal damage consistently. I understand the lack of music but I wish there were at least sound effects. Still, a pretty well made game!

Thank you! I had plans to make it more skill based and make the spinner colours more unique but I ran out of time. Your comment means a lot to me though.

This game was great, it had me genuinely laughing out loud trying to get the stupid wheel to turn the way I wanted. I can see a lot of potential in this game.
