I had a payment rejected by payoneer, and would rather it was made again using paypal, but itch dont seem to even realize the payment was rejected. When can we expect a fix for that?

The game is still being balanced, and it might turn out that the liberal/socialist path is possibly a bit too easy, depending on which country you play.

Yup, end game will get better over time. We still have some situations and events that do not trigger enough yet which will hopefully provide more late game challenge.

I was thinking of adding south korea at some point :D At the moment all of the laffer curves are the same, but the public reaction to stuff is very varied based on their capitalist/socialist mix, so politically the situation should feel different in each country with the same policies.

So... I just lost one customer over this, and still nobody at itch can be bothered to reply, so its back to selling through the humble weidget for me. Amazing. its not like I dont sell any copies...

So... my game (Democracy 4 ) got steam keys added to it when we went into early access. I have multiple reports of owners saying they dont see the steam key link, even though the keys are added, and the number of them available is going down. I have messaged itch, even asked them to look into it on twitter but had zero response. Getting a bit fed up now :(

Any ideas?

I've emailed itch to ask them what the hell is going on, because they have the keys, people are claiming them, and its all set up correctly... they have not replied to me yet :(

The game is the exact same price on here and on steam. You shold have a steam key in your itch account if you bought the game. I can see that a lot of keys have been claimed. are you not able to see one?

The trouble is we are not yet simulating the level of regulation :(

steam keys should now already be in your itch account...err...i think there is a button to 'claim key' or something?

It seems to be some driver/screen res combination :(. Does it happen after about half an hour or more of playing?

thats ultra weird. you mean the rest of the UI was there but those buttons were not? I'd love to see a screenshot.

hi, what do you mean by the button is not there? this is a downlaodable game, not a web game.

hmmm. im afriad I do not own a mac, so have not used it myself, I know its working forn some users. It only uses a relatively old opengl version so shouldnt have any compatibility issues :( I'll ask around.

yup

we are not sure if we will be releasing on mac, but if you use WINE (free emulator) it will run fine through that.

not yet, but it may well run ok under WINE on a mac.

I have a similar thing, my game (Democracy 4) doesn't seem to show up anywhere in the store, even by search, but its set up with a widget and selling ok :D
