Here goes your feedback:
I really like the snake physics, how every animal moves, and the monster in the night! How scary with his procedural animation, right? :O
At first, I didn't know what I was controlling, the camera moved when I pressed WASD, but I wasn't sure why. Then I saw a snake come out of the tree, and understood that I control the snake. Maybe some telling, what you control, make the tree transparent for a few seconds and show the snake inside? To give the player an idea of what he's controlling.
After eating 2 bunnies, the text won't go away, like in the beginning, when the game tells you to go to sleep, and stay hidden. So when it's day time, It's a bit hard to understand that I have to eat 2 bunnies again. (Thought it was a bug, and I tried to eat a goat, I was too small)
Sometimes the tree doesn't detect when the snake goes inside.
Around the third night, after eating 2 bunnies and going to sleep, the monster would keep being alive because the sun won't come out.
Also, I love how the grass reacts with the wind! And the clouds :D
Hope to see further updates after the jam!
I completed it! (so smart)
Really like games that make you think, the walking on wood sound is a bit repetitive, loved the shader!
I noticed that in the upside down level, the lights seem to ghost, from far away you see them but not when coming closer. Anyway, I got it! Really clever ;)
Edit: Now replaying it, for a future version of the game, it would be cool if the doors and puzzles were random.
Finished the game! Amazing work for a jam, so many levels! First playing, I didnt get what to do, had to read description for clues. It's actually a cool idea to make your corpse win the level. Sometimes the clones would bug, like start at the half-ending of their way. Also, I think someone likes toilets... I bet I could win Rye in bedwars. Good work! :D
