It is a legit site, we used to use it for metrics data but disabled it after a few patches- I believe you can toggle that off in the options as well.

Hello! I submitted a payout over a month ago (32 days) and it still seems to be "in review"- looking into it I wasn't sure if this is the norm since the help docs say it takes about 14 days or so. I don't recall it taking this long previously.

Unfortunately that's a known issue we weren't able to fix. We moved to a new version of the game engine for CSD 3 that solved the problem, but yeah we could never pin down that bug for CSD 2 for some users. I'm sorry. :(

You unzipped the file and then ran "CSD 2" correct? If so, what macOS are you running?
