Thank you for the kind words!

Yes, it's hard to find the balance there. I decided to just show them to at least let the player know how it will affect the stats. I guess, it is up to the player to be immersed into the narrative, with the supporting information of the stat effects of each card at the bottom. Ultimately, the goal here is for the players to reflect on their decisions and how they affect other areas of our lives.

Thank you for playing my game. Good luck with the jam!

The levels are not that difficult to beat by a casual player, but it still makes you think on how to properly place the charging stations. I like the balance there.

I'm not sure if this is a known bug, but there is a game breaking bug where if I don't let go of the charging station, I can just carry it for the whole level and just follow my rover to charge it while moving.

Overall, great game!

I wanted to do a more wholesome game with the theme. I figured a lot of people would go for something health-related which I originally planned to do too. Thanks for playing!

Thanks for playing. I'm glad you liked it!

I managed to reach the end and when I bought it, nothing happened. Is that what's supposed to happen? But nonetheless, this is still a great entry for the jam! Well done.

This would have been a whole lot better if we can see the levels when buying in the shop since it is being presented as a puzzle game. With improvements on the controls, I think this would be a great platformer in general. I think it would be better to move away from it being a puzzle. Let the players decide which moves they need to speedrun through levels. Great game nonetheless!

I'm not sure if I finished the level here.

I enjoyed it despite being a short one. I just think the price for attacking is not that punishing. I just spam the attack and recover the lost health. But great entry for the jam!

A good card game in a jam, WOW! I really enjoyed playing this one. I only managed to play the game with the first debtor, but I will keep an eye on this game. Well done. Good luck on the jam!

I enjoyed playing this one! Another stat management game haha I couldn't beat the Senior Protocol. I think it relies too much on luck right now and it needs balancing. I managed to get a perfect run for Onboarding Protocol though! :D Great game. Good luck on the jam!

Thank you. I'm glad you loved it! :)

Thanks for playing! There's actually a decay every week to keep the tension of having to maintain the stats. It is also affected by stress, where high stress = lose sleep. It's pretty common to spiral in this game when stress gets too high. I hope you still had fun!

Pretty fun game and mechanics. Would have been nice to have some audio. Great game nonetheless! Well done :)

Yeah, someone also mentioned that no cards were given to recover some sleep stat. It seems like my weighted random system is not working properly or something happened during export. I apologize about that. I hope you still had fun playing it! Thanks for the feedback. :)

Really creative and polished entry for this jam. I like how different combination provide different interaction on how the effects are applied. Given that, water as the primary goo is so OP haha I managed to beat hard difficulty on my 2nd run. Great game!

Thank you so much for playing! I'm really happy that the overall atmosphere and interpretation of the theme resonated with you. I spent a lot of time trying to balance the tone of the visuals, gameplay, and feedback together to really sell the overall experience of managing your life while playing.

Good luck in the jam as well!

I really like playing puzzles, especially puzzle platformers. I really enjoyed this one. I managed to beat everything in ~66s with some levels getting cheesed. Looking at the comments, I like how you kept them and let the players decide how to beat each level. Some feedback would be maybe making it more less punishing and less timing-focused. I personally prefer puzzle platformers that does not require precise timings to execute the solution. Managing precision and the solution often does not go well together for puzzles which leaves players feeling stumped. But overall, great entry for the jam!

A pretty solid foundation for a resource management simulator! Although there are some rough edges, it's understandable since it is only a 3-day jam, so I think the game is already in a pretty decent spot. I can see the system interacts pretty well so improving the game feel is the next step. With a bit of polish and juice after the rating period, I think this can be a good management game. Well done!

It was unclear at first that the upgrades only work for the following round. I always found myself going into the next round buying upgrades but forget buying ammo LMAO Nonetheless, solid game play loop for the jam. Well done!

I'm so unlucky with the prices lmao I couldn't get past through the 3rd month. It sucks to be that guy, getting his rent increasing every month haha Great entry for the jam!

Nice and simple game play loop! Some bars are stuck from under one of the objects there. I would also suggest to increase the pickup range of the bars. Other than that, solid game for the jam. Well done!

This already a good foundation for a game. I would suggest maybe make the guns unlockable or maybe you buy them through meta-progression. And yeah, maybe increase the movement speed too. For your second ever game jam, this was already good! Well done :)

It would be nice if there was a way to make it fullscreen. Simple but interesting game play. Great entry for the jam! Just needs a bit of polish :) Well done

I feel like my weighted random system is not working as I wanted it to, so I apologize about that. I hope you still had fun playing it! Thank you for the feedback. :)

I had fun just blasting everything with my shotgun, even if I got a negative score haha Nice interpretaion of the theme. Well done!

With a bit of polish, I think this game could be a good a good way to burn some time. There is also a bug where after you die, you cannot play again. Well done on finishing the game! :)

What a cute cooking simulator, of course without the killing people part haha I like the contrast of how relaxing it is to cook, but you kill during the night avoiding getting caught. Great game overall!

This was such a polished game for a 3-day jam! I enjoyed playing it. Reminds me of those old phone games trying to climb up a tower. Some feedback would be making the tutorial screen stay longer or just don't let it have a timer and let the player continue. Other than that, simple but great game for the jam!

I like how you also need to use your size to go through tight spaces. Interesting mechanic you got here. I enjoyed playing it and finished 134s with 0 deaths in my first playthrough :) Well done!

Interesting concept of buying the waves you need to kill for profit. Adding some upgrades for the tower would also help in progressing in the game. I think right now, the rent increases quickly so it's a little difficult to keep up or maybe I am just bad LOL Anyways, great entry for the jam!

I enjoyed playing this one, but I will admit I quit around level 14. I just feel like it gets too repetitive and doing it for 50 levels is too tedious for the player. Also, doing something with the minimap would help because right now the light mechanic is not being used and I am just following the minimap. Also, slightly nerf the Flare action, you can pretty much kill everything in one go haha But overall, great entry for the jam.

You know what, I agree with you haha I changed the cozy part of the description. I'm glad you liked it. Thanks for playing!

Cool concept having stat trading too! haha This could be a good interactive narrative game if it gets developed further. One feedback though is that I personally think the walking animation is too slow given the fact that the character needs to go from one side to the other. But overall, great entry for the jam! :)

Thank you! I'm glad you liked it. I'm not really an artist myself so I stayed away from drawing characters for the scenes haha!

Nice and simple puzzle game! I used to play this type of puzzle when I was growing up haha Some feedback would be maybe tweaking some of the colors because some of them looks closely similar so it's hard to tell which tile it belongs to. Also, maybe change or add some new mechanics after a few levels because 20 levels of doing the same thing gets pretty stale fast, maybe doing 10 was enough if no mechanics were introduced. I found myself stopping around the 13th level because I already know the gameplay. I didn't get to stay to see the ending. But great game overall!

Thank you so much. I'm glad you liked it!

Simple but great entry for the jam! Managed to beat it in 1:26 first try.  You may also want to clamp the vision to 0 haha I think vision is not really useful at the moment because you can still see most of the maze. But great game overall :)

Tricky but fun game! The movement is a little bit tricky at first. I tried moving forward while holding space and it just keeps on switching while making little progress haha I realized I really needed to control it. I like the arm mechanic too! Great game!

Thank you so much for playing the game. Wow , I admire your dedication!

For the inspiration, I did take inspiration from the game called You're just imagining it here on itch. It has a sort of stat trading, but the gameplay is more of a narration on the developer's experience. As far as I know, you only have one ending there.

I wanted to make believable emergent endings based on your choices and I created an automated simulation to balance the parameters. You can maybe read some of it from my devlog. :)

I'm glad you liked it! I specifically tweak the values to have an emergent ending based on how people choose. I wrote a devlog specifically talking how I achieved it to reflect our lifestyle.

There is a bug right now where if you let your starting value go to 0 fast by clicking the mouse, then immediately click finish in the shop, you can farm flerbs like that. Anyway, great simple game!
