I agree that a loading screen between levels would've helped quite a bit. Thank you for the suggestion and for playing our game!

Yea the loading time issue is due to running this game on the browser with too many assets uploaded. Also the exit game button at the end doesn’t work on web. That being said, thank you for taking the time to try out our game!

It's not that I didn't pick them up, its more that it felt like as a player it wasn't something actively on my mind while playing. If you took out the level timer you'd still be left with a very competent shooter and much of the game you have wouldn't change. I guess the point I'm attempting to make is that the timer mechanic felt like it wasn't as polished as the rest of the gameplay. I didn't find it changing the way I played very much and for the most part I didn't really think about it while playing the game. That's not to say it ruined my experience or anything, like I said the highlight of the game was how satisfying moving around the map  and shooting enemies was. I just felt like the timer was more put in place to satisfy the theme requirement more so than it being a core mechanic of the game. Either way, I enjoyed playing through it (This was one of the only game jam games I've played so far all the way to the end) and just wanted to elaborate on my criticism a bit more.

Jetpack was fun

When I determined what this game was I wanted to scream. That's not the easiest feeling to invoke so good work >:(

NGL this game was quite fun, I think you did a great job of making the movement and gunplay feel good. I think the timer on the levels wasn't my favorite mechanic and for the most part was something ignored while playing. The actual shooter element was well done though and ran very smoothly on my machine. Excellent work!

Thanks for taking the time to try it out!

I'm glad to hear you enjoyed it! I agree with you in regards to the "juice" criticism. It's definitely an area we tried to focus on but given the scope of the project and some external issues that hindered development we didn't get a chance to polish it as much as we would've liked. We also had plans for more weapons but that's the way game jams go sometimes. Thank you for taking the time to try it out!

I can't get over how much I liked the music. The puzzles were fun but in the browser I had a hard time restarting if I would fail. I ended up having to refresh the page and reselect the level I was on in order to retry. Besides that the movement controller was pretty decent and the audio was very solid. Great work :)

I like the concept, kind of reminded me outer wilds. I kind of wish I had more of a moonlike gravity while doing the platforming given the location we are in.

Thank you for taking the time to play our game :)

I’m happy to hear you enjoyed it (and that you didn’t experience performance issues). I agree that the knight behavior was easy to ignore, definitely something that we would address with more time as it’s feedback we have received from a few people at this point. Thank you for playing!

I think the load time might take a good 10 to 20 seconds on browser. If you get the chance to check again and it works please let us know. Otherwise, thank you for your time and feedback!

Awe sorry to hear that. Thanks for the feedback

Good job! I like the art style

We appreciate the feedback! I agree the games difficulty curve slopes upwards too quickly, it’s been a common sentiment from our playtesting. There is a fullscreen button in the browser but if you hit escape we also do have a settings menu that you can toggle fullscreen from too. Probably could have made that clearer on our part. Thanks for playing and glad you enjoyed it!

UI design was really great, visuals were fun and I liked how much attention to small details there is. In particular the sound effect made when left clicking is very satisfying and a wonderful touch

Very cool concept, great work!

The game's visuals are absolutely stunning. Love the ethereal plane house dimension and the shadow people. Well done!

Honestly the game was very fun. It's simple but I enjoyed it more than I expected too, well done!

Game looked awesome, visuals were stunning, and the audio was great!

Theme was on point, visuals were very spooky. Really enjoyed the speed you can shmove at. Well done!

Game was very cool! Loved the art style and the felt like you accomplished a fairly large game in a short amount of time

Music was pretty loud on startup, and I wasn't exactly sure where to go at the start. I liked the art style and besides the volume the music was cool.

Game was awesome, art style is fun. Loved the robot voice

funnily enough, at one point  you could toss the emf scanner wherever you wanted but we found that it was easy to lose it in the chaos so we removed that and made the current system instead

Love the aesthetic, page is well made!

Sound effects and music were bangers, tutorial was too long tho
