My name on Discord is Chloe btw, I sent you a request!

Well, that's a big compliment! Many thanks! 😌I do have some thoughts in mind, but I will be honest, I haven't worked much with your plugin yet. I've been working on some other plugins currently. But, I would like to contribute in any way that I can whenever I'm ready to use it. I'm actually going to attempt to port a card battler with complex logic chains from Unity to Construct 2. I'm just much more productive with Construct 2, even when I need to write my own plugins/effects. So, I would like to empower the tools available!

Overall, though, what I basically want to do is port every Unity functionality (that relies on 3D vector/matrix math and physics) over to your plugin suite so the feature-set is comparable to Unity's.

Hey, there!

Preface:
I've been working with Construct 2 on and off for ~15 years, as soon as it was announced lol. I took time away from working in Construct and moved to Unity as my primary engine for around 5 years. Funnily enough, after learning to make senior level architectural decisions, I've found that (especially when you know what you're doing) Construct is a bit of a powerhouse. I personally hate the direction Construct 3 has gone in though...

Anyways, I was weighing the differences between the old Q3D and your more recently updated plugin, and decided that I'd like to make contributions to your project (if you're interested). If you're interested in checking my experience, you might prefer to take a look at my most complex project, The Remedy Toolkit for Unity: https://github.com/Cairo-Creative-Studios/The-Remedy-Toolkit

I'd love to collaborate and push the 3D features of Construct even further. I know that this isn't meant to be a production tool, but personally, I'd like to aid in changing that. No pressure or expectations of course, I just want to use this for my own production/releases, and I know I will likely be adding to it, or adjacent features that might be nice to release alongside it instead of separately.

I'm looking forward to hearing back from you!

4.0 now :)

Thank yoouuu!! :D

Sure thing :D

Thanks! :) I hope you will like the game when it's done

I'm almost done with it, I'll have it up soon :) We'll definitely make the deadline next time!

yeah, sorry about that! We barely made the deadline, and even then it ended up broken. I am working on finishing it, but unfortunately the jam version will continue to be broken :/

Hey everyone! I'm Chihiro! I've been developing games for Unity for years. My last couple of titles:

I'm here today in search of a team of Artists and Musicians to create a game for the Code for a Cause Game Jam!

I'm interested in making a 3D game, but if you're a pixel artist, please don't hesitate to try to join us. :)

All development will be orchestrated through the Cairo Creative Studios Discord Server, so here's the join code: https://discord.gg/9JKTXXxXjk

Please @me & let me know you want to join the jam team when you join the Server :)

Yeah, it's pretty buggy in a lot of areas... Thank you for the feedback :)

Wow! I really love this game! I would love to see this as a completed game, and I would addictively play it until beating it then too. The whole game just has an incredible level of charm!

Wow! This game was a lot of fun. I got to a boss that I couldn't beat no matter how hard I tried, it seems nearly impossible! But the bosses I did beat were very fun to battle, and the visuals and music made the game feel so action packed and exciting. Fantastic work!

Hey! Really appreciate that. I'm really glad I got the atmosphere down! I'll check out your game!

Thanks :D I'll check out your game now

Wow, cool! Haha I'll definitely test out these strategies

It's a pretty fun game! while the design of the first boss is strong, it's a bit too difficult and I see im not the only one who failed to beat it. I like the wheel of fortune style progression, though! I'd be able to enjoy it a bit more if I could beat the first boss, but as others have expressed, it's probably a skill issue lol. Great work overall!

If you plan to continue development of the game, it might be good to include the environment into the fight a bit more rather than relying completely on the bosses own abilities. The gameplay is fantastic as it is, though!

This game was hella fun. The controls were a little frustrating, but I got over that fast. At first I questioned the design of the first boss, then the second boss came in with one of the sickest boss battle designs I've ever experienced! This game is sensational.

The visuals of this game are particularly interesting! It has a similar charm to the CDI Zelda games. I really dig that, personally! I'd definitely work on the combat system a bit, primarily shrinking the player's collider so it's not so easy to be damaged by enemy attacks, but overall I actually had a lot of fun with that too. And while there was a lot of spinning elements, the theme probably could have had a more prominent role in the game's design.

Great job, overall! This game was fun and has a ton of style.

This game is perfect. I think I speak for all of us when I say this deserves to place in the top of the prize pool. 5 stars in all departments. Please extend the game and release on mobile, because I'd love to play this on my phone!

Incredible! As a big fan of beyblade, I love the concept of this game. It's brutally difficult, but fun nonetheless. The artwork is a little plain, but the game shines where it really counts. Great work!

Thanks for the feedback! I'm glad you liked the atmosphere, next time I'll hopefully get the gameplay down a lot better!

I'm glad you liked the concept.. I definitely proved what some say about ideas not being worth much with this. I thought it'd be super creative and fun. Creative, maybe. Fun, very difficult for me to make happen and failed pretty hard. Lol

Thanks! I'm glad you liked the look of the game. Really wish I could have built better gameplay systems, but next time I'll get it. :) I'll check out your game now.

Hey, guys! I'm Chad Wolfe, and I make free pixel art. I'm running a poll to vote for the next Asset Pack to create as an expansion to the Massive Pixel Art Collection on my page. If you're interested in the art I'm making, please give some feedback about what you think I should make next. :)

Thanks! IThe origin is Aseprite and I aqxuired them by drawing pixels on the screen. :)

I am Chad Wolfe

I will revisit it soon to expand on it and do it some justice. I was very passionate about it when I made it, but lacked a lot of experience needed to make it happen. It's good to know someone will be looking forward to it. :)
