Thank you! Yeah, we would have loved to add some upgrades and different flower types, might still do it after the jam... The borders are definitely something we'll tweak still, there's a couple of corners that can really be annoying. Still, glad you enjoyed it!  :)

Thanks! I totally hear you on the i-frames, it was one of the few things left on our to-do list and will definitely be added after the jam at some point. Thanks again for the feedback!

really fun! kind of nostalgic in a way, love the cleaning scope mechanic

Pretty interesting concept, though I was a little lost on the mechanics

Nice little puzzle game, I like the art style! Though it wasn't super clear at first (in the first level) where the beanstalk actually was, I think that could be made a little clearer

Neat game! The sprites are simple but very effective. I really like the slow down when you take damage and also appreciate the enemy variety, they're all pretty unique but work well together

Wow, really impressive! Really fresh take on the theme and on card games in general too. Plus the visuals and the game feel for the cards themselves are great. One thing is the opponent's turn feels a little long, especially when they skip your own turn, feels like I'm waiting for a long while to play. Other than that though, love pretty much everything about it (genie's catch phrase included hahah)

Great game, I really like the atmosphere it sets, especially as the star grows bigger and everything starts getting pulled in. Plus it's really fun dragging and sort of slingshoting the debris into the star. Had a good time, would love to see this get more updates after the jam :)

Hmm good point, the slippery movement doesn't match too well with the enemy spawning as-is... Thanks for the feedback!

Thanks a lot! Yeah, the border is a tricky bit that could use some modifications still for sure, thanks for the feedback :)

Really cool concept and also pretty fun to play! Especially liked bouncing the bloom grenades off walls. At the dodge through bullets level I had kind of forgotten about the dodge button, a tooltip there might be great for a forgetful player like me hahah

Neat little game! Love how the flower's petals represent lives, and liked the enemy variety too

Pretty fun, love the vibe and art style too, especially the sky and eyeball. Liked the little puzzles and ladder back up after falling. Do wish the jump was a little more forgiving though

Had a lot of fun, plus I love the concept and art! Had a high score of 4min, which is a pretty good length I think, though I do wish the light flowers were a tad close together, it's a lot of running around hahah

Cool concept, and had fun playing! Even with the introduction, the items were a little confusing at first though.

Pretty fun, I like the consistent tone and style throughout art and gameplay and sound! Great music by the way, and love the sharp sfx on the sword, though the jar-breaking one is a little harsh. Also wish there was a clearer indication when the way to the next level is blocked, thought I was just pressing the wrong key or something at first hahah. Great job, would love to see what you make next

Wow, really impressive! Great concept and well-made puzzles, perfect execution for the premise. Loved the details, especially how the plants (and particularly the vines over the spikes) would grow a little more with each light switched on. Wonder if there'd be any nice way to label which box belongs to which color, that'd be cool. Also kind of wish I could just push them around without pressing space, but then that did lead to a pretty fun a-ha moment in "push forward"  when I realized you didn't have to push them along those track-looking floor tiles hhahah

Really love the sort of quirky controls. I like how it sets a meditative mood but still feels rewarding. And what an ending! Actually took my breath away. A couple of screens seemed to point to there being paths I didn't find, wonder if that's the case of if I just suck at navigation hahah

Game feel is great, I love using that scythe! That plus the dreamy vibe from music and art makes me feel like I could spend a looong time just scything around, even if there's not much of a challenge there. The length is pretty spot on as-is for a jam though I think. I like how there's some more urgent lines connecting you to close flower sources, but just the more ephemeral sparks to lead you back to that central crystal thing at the end. Also like how the timing for the source thingy to spawn more flowers lines up nicely with a charged scythe attack. Overall great experience, would definitely play more stuff like this

Oh wooow a playtest video and everything, thanks for that and the feedback, it helps a ton! And yeah I'd say you had a great run too, nice job with the controls! We felt the heavy / slippery controls fit the bee character, but yeah, could definitely be toned down a tad hahah. We had a lot of fun with Godot actually, would for sure use for other game jams :)

Hahah yeah, we felt the heavy movement was pretty bee-like, but could definitely use some polish still. Thanks for playing, we really appreciate the feedback!

Thanks a lot! The feeding was a favorite part of the gameplay loop for us too, glad you liked it :)

Thanks, glad it clicked for you! Tweaked tutorial screen (which should also pop up on first play now), hope it helps clarify things a bit

Oh that's interesting, thanks for reporting! Wasn't able to reproduce myself but added some safeguards that should patch it. Thanks again :)

Really nice! Simple concept but which goes a reaaaally long way with a good execution. Would love to see some more variety bullet-wise, but love pretty much everything else about it :)

Oh wow, that was fast! Thanks, I'll give it another go :)

Thanks, glad you had fun! Totally agree on the sfx, hope to add them after the jam

hahah yeah, we really wanted to do something a little different, thanks for trying it out!

Beautiful, great work on art and ui and sound effects. It all feels very polished, especially on your second game jam (mine too! hahah). Had a lot of fun, though I think the difficulty could ramp up a little slower

Really cool concept, love the art! Interface could be a little clearer, a tutorial for the first few steps could work great for this too

Nice, a little grindy at the start but soon gets really fun! Great concept too

Really cool concept and the art style to match! Just wish it was a little clearer in-game on what each flower does

Really nice, had a lot of fun! Great art, turned out somehow fun and stylish at the same time. Also love what you did with that dithering to foreshadow attacks up top

Nice, pretty fun art! Love your bee hahah

Really cool concept! Controls-wise I wish I didn't have to click so much though, the automatic attacks don't really cut it

Pretty fun once I got the hang of the timing for when to cut the flowers! Very first flower cut kind of lags for some reason, I wonder why

Pretty fun, moving around and attacking feels great! I think being able to kill enemies a little faster would help combat feel more dynamic

A little confusing at first but pretty fun once you get the hang of it. An optional tutorial would be great!

Really fun, love the controls! Wish the stamina meter didn't get kinda lost behind the level itself sometimes
