Had a good time with this, it's quite challenging. Got some help from being able to destroy more than one UFO with a single shot made it fun to try and do trick shots.

Nice character animation and the power-ups make it interesting. I kept moving into the bomb blast but that's my fault!

Very unique and interesting game. Nice to see a new interpretation on the theme. Great work!

Really enjoyed the story, very compelling. Very cool to see something like this in an isometric 2D view, that seemed pretty unique to me.

Thank you for the kind words.

There should be a web version available now if you'd still like to try it.

Thanks for letting me know. I'll try and upload a Web version.

Fun game! I love the different expressions on the faces and a great choice of music.

I hope you get to keep developing this game. Such a nice premise!

Nothing to download - can you try and resubmit?

Congrats on submitting something, I know the feeling about running out of time and having to trim the scope of a project. I hope you keep working on this!

It's a nice base for what could be a really interesting game if you were able to add some more hero types or abilities.

Enjoyed the music and the intro, was a great way to set the scene!

Congrats for submitting something to the jam! I was a little unsure what I was supposed to do. but this could be the making of something fun if the red dots came back in a more random fashion rather than seeming to be on a timer.

Nice idea that goes with the theme. I second the suggestion about having a timer or something to tell me I need to perform my actions quickly.

Nice first game! I love the animation of the main character. The enemies stopped attacking and I couldn't destroy them after they made their first shots (which maybe is intentional) but congrats on making something fun and cool!

Thank you Nev, yeah,  I agree the dot for the aiming is way too small. I like the idea of a custom cursor.  I appreciate the feedback!

This is great. Love the detail and ambience you have managed to create. Congrats on making something really fun and smooth in such a short time.
