I love the work you did on the scene. I would have liked it if you had uploaded some close up photos of the models so we could see them in more detail and appreciate the work even more.

This is really cool. Although I haven't read the series, this reminds me of the concept of Atuin the Turtle—which is the turtle that carries the four elephants on its back, who hold the Discworld on top of them. I really like the concept and it's really interesting for the theme that was assigned to the jam.
Wow, this was an incredible deep dive into the story. I agree with a lot of the things that you mentioned, while I had not considered others—especially the part of interfering with other worlds. That would have been interesting to explore. I appreciate all of your criticism and am sure it will be useful for the next story, whether it's for a jam or a personal project.
Thank you for the feedback and for reading my story.
P.S.
Sorry for the errors in writing, still learning how to actually write a story. :)
If you mean the original five that appear, yes. If you are referring to the other ones that appear one over the other then no, it is not intentional. That was a bug that I could not figure out what was causing it. But on the plus side, it was bugs like that that inspired me to create Jumpy as a computer bug. So it worked out in the end. :)
Thank you for playing.
Glad to hear it. Those are all really interesting ideas. I originally wanted to make a clone of Doodle Jump, which has some really good mechanics, but given the theme that I decided to add to the game and its character I would need to come up with different mechanics. Although the variety of platforms in Doodle Jump are really good, they could work as a good starting line. If some of the options that you listed were added to the game it would end up being a rather fun game and make it more interesting for those that are willing to play it. Thank you very much for playing and for the ideas.
That is true, the handling could really use more polish. I hadn't given the audio in the "Game Over" screen much thought but you are right really should have been more mindful of that. At the time I just thought about how the sound effect added to the whole game in regards to the fact that the character is supposed to be a computer bug, and paid little attention to how to actually handle it. I could've worked a bit with the volume, add a button to deactivate it, or something like that. It's the first time I ever worked with audio so still learning.
Watching the video you included also made me realize that I needed to add logic to adapt the spawning of the platforms to their new speed.
Thank you very much for the feedback.
Yeah, he does. Had a bit trouble doing certain things for the character, specifically making the clothes. I'm sure there is a better way of doing all of it. Will try and apply all that I learned to the next one. I will specifically look to learn how to make eyes that don't stare into peoples souls. Thank you for your feedback.
