bazinga 🙏

Haha, oh YEAH was that not a concern. But thanks for giving it a try! The post-jam version will be up in about a week and will be much more complete.

Yep, all good! We mostly just used it as an excuse to update a project, and not as a 'serious' entry.

Yeah, I'm honestly stumped by the RPS bug. Will be looking into it for the post-jam update!

Yeah, I think there's a bug in the ordering, as he's always supposed to do rock, rock, paper, rock. We'll fix it for the post-jam update! Appreciate it!

Super clever idea, very nice!

Please view the full finished playthrough here!

Don't we all wish.

Beautiful in its simplicity. Love this.

Haha, rad

Well this seems extremely fucking cool

Currently taking a break to work on other projects, but it's never far from my mind!

Very clever! Looks like a good time!

Great idea! Definitely want have a 'printable' version.

This was always planned as a project that I would remake multiple times for learning purposes. The next version is gonna have a lot of new features, including support for MANY more franchises.  Very excited to continue development!

Genuinely appreciated! I've got other creative projects, started a podcast, am learning Godot,  doing other fun stuff. TTRPG stuff just hasn't felt right in a while. I'll get in that mood again though for sure. Much appreciated the words of encouragement!

As someone who can't stand Bigfoot, I'll make an exception here.

Very exciting! You were ahead of the curve on the retro PSX throwback, and I've always had affection for these two. Looking forward to what you do in the future!

This rules

Thanks for showing interest! I did get burned out on this project for quite a while, but I'm building up to returning to it. Very far from abandoned, and I also have a discord where you're welcome to come and discuss, workshop, and ask for help/clarification.

INCREDIBLY charming. Big fan of this one!

DrivethruRPG is updated and now live!

Used it tonight! "Reveal a phobia" was perfect :)

Big fan of this, love having random tables to spark the imagination. Genuinely useful!

This kind of generator is really cool! How did you make it?

This looks so incredibly cool. And WOW, that header art is absolutely killer.

Does what it says on the tin

I will definitely let you know if I do!

But I am going to belabor the point! At the very least, make the games pay what you want. But my favorite solution is to charge a price (they are worth buying right now, don't feel like you need those polish things!) and also offer free community copies. Show that you're worth something, AND make the games accessible!

At any rate, gonna keep an eye out for your work! Keep it up!

Hey, I just discovered your games! Could you do me a favor and start charging money for them, because these are extremely cool and you deserve to get paid!

This is secretly one of the best essays on modern TTRPG game design out there.

I am working on a big update that contains tons of new examples, scenarios and advice.

Right now though, the best way to get that info is from the horses' mouth. Come visit the Discord and I'll be happy to answer any questions you might have and give direction!

Loved the original jam game, thrilled to have purchased the full release, can't wait to start playing it.

Also, WORLD CLASS demo you released for the game. Well done!

Chase the Hollow is a very moody creepypasta simulator! Really neat core mechanic that leans into the tropes of the genre, until only one is left.

Plus, this game plays in a design space that I've always been interested in - when a player is Taken, they still get ways to help from beyond the grave! Extremely cool.

Looking forward to giving this one a try!

This looks awesome. Can't wait to check it out.

Ah, that won't do! I let my community copies run out, sorry!

Please grab one, and if you like the game come back and throw me a couple bucks. It's a core value to me that anyone who is interested in the game should be able to access it!

(you can also join the EtSH discord where you can find additional resources available!)

If I wanted to introduce someone to Forged in the Dark games, this is a really strong contender. Easy, fast, light and a hell of a lot of fun. Not to mention beautifully laid out and extremely readable! Highly recommended!

Nasty, Brutish, and Long is an incredibly unique game in the TTRPG space. By focusing on a very specific fantasy - revolutionaries in a fantastical world - it creates a fascinating free-form structure.

The book looks great, with excellent layout and font choices. The words are snappy and to the point, and almost every page reinforces the themes. A streamlined version of the Forged in the Dark ruleset makes the game cover huge amounts of time willed with player-driven drama. Incredibly evocative stuff!

I genuinely love this. It's hard for me to imagine a more distilled version of what TTRPGs are. This is as elemental as it gets.

Proud purchaser of a physical copy!
