Thanks for the info!

I can't comment for sure yet, but I think I may be able to get a similar speced laptop to test in the coming months to determine what the blocker was. However, I intend to release an update when the comp is officially over that shows the Shader Compilation progress. Maybe that way we can rule this out when it's done :)

Thanks again for trying and apologies for the issues!

Sorry to hear :( I hoped that the defaults would allow lower spec pcs to still run it. I still wanted anyone to be able to play the game.

If you don't mind me asking. What happened when you ran it? Did it crash? Did it stay in a black screen (and if so, waited long enough for shaders to compile?). I'd love to do some debugging. Oh, and if you could let me know your hardware that would be fantastic 🙏

This being said. It was somewhat intentionally expensive to run to demonstrate the impact RTX DI can have. But I probably pushed it too hard on some levels.

Really enjoyable cosy game. These are the games that make me smile during game jams. Really nice aesthetics, music and loop. Also, really cool that you used your own HTML framwork. I'll have to check it out at some point as I never dare use Unreal Engine for HTML games

Thanks! It consumed a lot more time than I had originally planned, but in the end happy I put the time it deserved.

Real nice concept for your first game jam! Some levels were harder than I expected but good theme and fun overall. Good job!

Fantastic all round GameJam game! The style, the music, the ambience and gameplay. Flawless and really fun to play. Great job!

Thanks! Appreciated!

Haha. Thanks for playing! They jump scared me a few times during development...

Stunning game and feels quite polished! Loved the style and quite fun for those who like a bit of a challenge - Can quickly get out of hand!

Haha! The thug cracked me up. Real fun concept and a joy to play and even to look at. Lovely style

Ha - That was a fun experience. Nice ending indeed!

Pretty engaging! Got me completely investing on keeping the fire going until the end!

Thanks for the comment! I am interested in keeping the project going and keep that relaxing vibe.

Just recovering some days for last week's lack of sleep haha.
