I didn't even get a ticket, it told me my zip was wrong but still took my money without giving me anything.

I tried buying a Puppet Combo's Bundle and I put in all my credit card info, and my zip, but it told me my zip code was wrong but it still took money from me and didn't give me the games. It's been like three days since i've emailed support, but still no replies. I even checked spam.
