That's not enough; you need to change the account's content to NSFW/+18. This limits access for minors (and bots consider your content adult, so it gets through). You can change your content to "Mark media you post as containing material that may be sensitive." I know that X automatically changes your account if you have a consistent posting pattern of this type (you can also mark each post as NSFW content, which protects your account from being taken down by a bot for this reason).

Here's a small suggestion for inclusion: the Instagram system is pretty cool, but what if you gradually added a choice of response to new posts (from characters you know)? (For example, saying you liked the person's photo and the character responding with something)
(It's a simple, isolated interaction on your "Instagram"; later adding small text posts or messages from other characters for quick interactions could further improve the interactions :D

Yes, I understand what you're saying about the care needed in scenes, especially since you've created many choices (it reminds me of when I was writing my game with more focus). Anyway, remember that at some points you'll need to create "filtering" points (where these branches and paths somehow intersect), otherwise things will start to get so out of hand that you'll lose control of the story (if you end up with 20 branches, this will continue to multiply if you don't create this filtering point where they meet).
But anyway, I love how you're guiding the story and I hope to see more and more of your development :D
