I would like to mention that we are currently working on making a new map and special zombies are planned for future release too.

Hi! The random things you pick up is just random loot (no purpose for now). Apart from that, you can pick up weapons and medkits from corpses, cars, boxes, etc.

You should be able to play by pressing any button in a joystick or any key in the keyboard or any mouse button. Try again, maybe you lost focus of the game window if it’s the web version. Try playing it in fullscreen or if you have troubles with the web version, download any of the executables.
