Where the ex-sculptor’s ruined portrait is located,  there is another painting on that wall, it hides a secret compartment behind it. To open it, you'll need to enter a password.

The password can be found in the books you collected outside the room, including the books with the short snippets and the symbol book, all of which are stored in your inventory. Read through them carefully.

........ Hint: The password is hidden in the sequence of the symbols shown in the book and how they correspond to the snippets.

After entering the correct password, the painting will open, revealing a hidden chamber. Inside, you'll find  square slots where you'll need to place the collectible objects you've collected.

The issue is most likely coming from the device’s smaller screen size and touch input rather than the game itself.

The game was designed mainly for PC with bigger screens, but we also tested it on a touchscreen HP ProBook and it worked fine. However, it was not specifically designed for handheld windows gaming devices with smaller screens like the ASUS ROG handheld, so some clickable areas may not work perfectly because of the different screen size and resolution.

For the pliers, you can try tapping around the area where they appear several times (spam touching the spot) as that might help trigger the click. If possible, we also recommend trying the game on a regular PC with a mouse, as it should provide the intended experience.

Hi! sorry for the late response we were working on the issue. 

We've released an Android update that fixes the problem. We've also made the Submit and Close buttons larger and repositioned them for  easier access, and Android users can now skip the mini-games if they prefer. 

Please still set your keyboard to Floating Mode (open the keyboard, tap the ⋮ menu or toolbar, select Floating, then drag the keyboard anywhere on the screen). This ensures the Submit button remains visible.

We have also fixed the pronouns.

Please redownload the game and delete the previous one from your phone. 

We've tested the game several times, on multiple android phones after the update and everything is working correctly on our end. Please let us know if your issue has been resolved after updating. We'll be waiting for your response.

Have you had a chance to try using a floating keyboard? We've found that it's usually the most convenient option for the Android version when entering typed answers.

May we ask if you were able to continue past those issues? Were you able to complete Dennis's route and unlock Bianchi's route, or did the safe puzzle completely prevent you from progressing?

Hello, 

So I've been prompted to retake the tax interview on the site as my account has completed a three-year time period. However, I'm encountering an issue with tax ID during the process. 

When I select the option indicating that I am a U.S. citizen, a subsequent slide appears prompting me for a U.S. tax number. 

On the other hand, if I choose the option stating that I am a foreign person (that I am), the next slide is empty and does not request any tax ID.

I recall that during my initial tax interview, I was asked for the tax ID in this section. Why isn't it showing up this time?

As the screenshot below shows, when the completed form is presented for submission, the field where the foreign tax number should be is visibly blank or empty. 

 Due to this problem, I am now subjected to a 30% withholding tax, whereas I believe it was previously at 0%. 

Can anyone who has experienced a similar issue provide guidance on how to address this?
