tbf the glowing projectiles are fine, desaturate and blur the background planets and/or try to use just a few desaturated colours for the BG and very distinct, bright colours for the projectiles

lovely game, i think it achieves everything it aims for. must have been a blast to make it. it almost feels unfair to rate it against all the other entries as a 3d shooter like this needs so much more work and polish compared to simple 2d jam games, but you did amazing in this 10 days. the vibes are 10/10
it's very fun and visually pleasing game. super polished with all the fx, screen shake, transition effects, looks and plays like a proper bullet hell game, huge congrats! at first the blood effect was a bit confusing since it has the same colour as the enemy bullets bit on my 3rd try it didn't bother me anymore. the game is hard haha. i also really liked how you interpreted the theme
love me some acid techno, 303 is peak! it's not a super well balanced, visually easily readable game, but it's sooo much FUN! i love it, fr. the dash mechanic and the time stimulation is amazing, it didn't matter too much the projectiles are a bit hard to see. amazing entry, with the best soundtrack
amazing entry, with great mechanics and concept. i really like that the gameplay is giving me some extra task other than dodging the bullets and autofire on the boss and that task is a very visual and fun one! for the jam's sake i would've loved if the shrink theme was addressed a bit more creatively, it felt a bit of an afterthought but tbf the game itself is great as it is, huge congrats!
I really liked this game, great theme interpretation and level design with the bullets representing the different conditions! what I found by the last level is that all I focus on is dodging the bullets and just kept my finger on the mouse button constantly aiming towards the middle, enemies would die eventually. so it'd worth to consider to make the player auto-shoot, since the shooting mechanic doesn't matter that much currently. overall a great jam entry, awsome UI as well!
gorgeous game! got until the castle. the bullet patterns are very well made and the bomb mechanic is very interesting, i mainly used it as a breath taking opportunity haha. the idea to have toys as a boss rush, bullet hell game gave it that cute, yet conflicting vibe that i absolutely adored. great job!
amazing game! the art style, the music, everything is on point! my only very minor notes is that the hitbox of the player is a bit strange, I lost life when I thought I'll be fine and also survived when I thought I'd be done for. but so many things to love in this game, also really appreciate the difficulty setting and controller option. great game, congrats!
i really want to love this game, it has so much hearth and fun factor in it, the original mechanic sounds very interesting as well but for the love of God can't figure out the controls. how does the attack works? I only managed to have one superman-like fly with the fat version but couldn't recreate it. spent some time with this to get it right. pls help me with this so I can have a proper run
very nice graphics and audio, and i really appreciate the ship had an extra bullet hell level. i might came across a bug (or maybe just a quality of life help). in my first playthrough the big ship killed me with bunch of extra minion ships, but in my second try, i just shrinked after some point and got inside the mothership. it's a fun little game though!
first ever game jam game and third overall? you have some serious game design talent, congrats on this amazing entry! the main mechanic is a great base and the level design uses it smartly. i had some levels where i had to think for a few moments how should i approach this and then i had some levels where i just lol'd it and it worked, but hey, one week jam and you did 10 levels and a whole post game section. it's super impressive, keep making games and have fun doing so, congrats!
hah, i became super saiyan! im not sure if it made any difference to my first run though. i have a soft spot for jam games like this, it's always great to experience these wtf games where the devs just thought they'll make something original to make others laugh and have a good time. thanks for this game! also the main menu theme is such a banger!
lovely game, especially enjoyed that i was able to destroy everything in the house in typical cat behaviour. it's a very chill and nice jam game! i forgot to check it after the cat got it's box, but does the grey thingy on the bottom left corner does anything or it's just a remainder of a mechanic you didn't have time to implement?
probably shouldn't have tried this during working hours it felt i was out of the frying pan into the fire. you got all the aspects of the miserable corporate life on point, even the art reflects those soulless corporate presentations and the motivational messages between weeks is the cherry on top. great entry!
thanks for playing the game! there is an option to redo your original run on the level by pressing the Q button, if you feel your platforming soft locks you out of finishing the ghost level. we added it because these things and some hitbox issues came up during playtesting but yeah, one week only allowed this fix and polish. anyways hope you had fun until you got stuck!
love the game over screen physics facts! this game has a perfect difficulty, could be a bit frustrating but just as much to motivate me to get over the levels and gave me great satisfaction when i finally finished the boss fight. very original tone and vibe, amazing music choice and fun gameplay and story. great job!
it's such a well polished and well thought game, super impressive, congratulations! the moving of the stones felt a bit awkward at the beginning but as i played the game i got used to it, the only bug i encountered was that Esc only triggered the sound manager for me and not the level restart. but hey, it was a one week jam! the level design and art direction works so well together
oh i was very curious what area 51 folder contains, but only now i see it'll be added later. i think as a theme interpretation this idea is pretty great, it has tons of potential. maybe adjust the camera a bit to have a better understanding of where my little virus character is on the map, and with some added content it'll be a great small scope game
is the first minigam actual clay or was it done in 3D as well like the rest? it's super impressive. the game itself is a trip, i'm not sure if I finished it (got the public library request then clicked on the door and got back to the main menu). but I have to emphasise the voice acting is top tier, very very good job!
ofc i didn't press esc at the end! one of my fav in the jam story and humour wise so far! amazing effort, especially as a solo project. my only and really only complain would be of having only one life/level, it makes it a bit of a grind but there are so many aspects of this game to like that it's really no biggie. congratulations!
what a title!
amazing mechanics, i think this game has legit potential of becoming a huge hit (no pun intended). i really enjoyed figuring out a complex way of building a course and play around with the gravitational space of different planets. didn't have the time to go through the whole course but will do eventually. one of the best mechanics i encountered in this jam so far
