For the first endergirl achievement you need to use the enderbeads, so you can't just leave it running. You need to either make her cum with them (the slow method) or make them "no-clip" through her (the faster method). The best way I have found is to push them into her belly from the outside, they will pop and reset each time you get it right and she will teleport to a random new biome, so just keep doing it until you get the right one. As for the 2nd one, you do not need to use the beads, but she needs to be in the box and I believe she needs to be in the bamboo forest.

If I remember correctly there are 2 ways, you can use the ender beads to make the ender girl cum and there is a small chance she will teleport you to the backrooms (giving you the achievement), or you can force the beads to clip through her stomach (get them fully inside her then use the piston or push them into her stomach from the outside) for a higher chance.  Whichever way you choose just keep repeating it, and you should get it pretty easily.

You have to buy her from one of the 2 shops.

Use a dildo without balls.

The easiest way to do it is to take the ender-beads and repeatedly push them into the endergirl's stomach.  The beads should pop and respawn, and she should teleport to another biome, after a few times you will unlock the backrooms and get the achievement.

If it is something you want you should just put in a request as they have a Apps/Games Support Request List, although it may take a while as they already have a good few games requested.

An easier way to get the no clip achievement is to repeatedly put the ender beads into her stomach (not into her holes).  Each time you do they will disappear and re-spawn.
