Ah, I see. Yeah, I can totally understand why, even I succumbed to running out of time much more often.

I already explained it a couple months ago, but I’ll mention it here.
There are conditions to be met, such as:
- Tulpy’s book is obtained
- Student Predators option is enabled
- Two Preds Normal Mode is beaten
Now if all conditions are met, you’re finally able to trigger a random Easter Egg chance, by going to Two Preds Nightmare Mode. If you don’t see something strange around your surroundings, go back to menu and try again until you get it.
Tulpy is a fantastic choice for nightmare because of her low noise frequency (+ running doesn’t increase noise), and because of her smaller size. Since her size is tiny, there are several hiding spots to avoid detection as long if you’re far away to not alert the apex predator(s).
‘Guy’ is mainly a prey only character, thus not needed to worry about the hunger causing noise and the slight speed penalty from staying hungry. So all in all, it’s a matter of choice between Tulpy and Guy (And I always go with Tulpy because I love her).❤
I did beat everything, including all of the main 4 predators (Normal and Nightmare) Two Random Normal, Nightmare, and Easter Egg Nightmare. I even beat everything before Tulpy was introduced as an unlockable, without Predator Sense.
Tulpy is the best playable character, and I see why she’s the last to unlock. She’s the one that made Nightmare mode slightly less of a nightmare (But still hard).
I love the art style and the combat! But here are some things I encountered:
- The hearts heal the same amount that the enemies deal (5). Especially if you’re very low on health, then you’ll have to collect at least 6+ of these heart flowers scattering around the map.
- The platforming is pretty tricky, especially if it’s going so fast that there’s a small window of opportunity to jump into the platform. Else you’ll just fall into the pit that’ll just shoot you straight into the beginning of the level instead of having checkpoints (I’m glad falling into pits didn’t suck away your health. I’d be mad if it does).
- The Wizard Heartles- er Clunkers are ANNOYING to deal with!! They have little cooldown between shooting and firing at the player. Even worse if there’s two of them, and the dash system where it has this weird dashing and then stopping in midair before falling. This prioritizes into running away from the enemies so that you can deal with them one at a time, because these enemies can go high above you and you can’t hit them.
- Wait, there’s no pause menu?
However, it is pretty enjoyable! I got pretty used to the combat because of my Kingdom Hearts knowledge.
I’ve been playing this since July 2024, and kind of started slowing down playing this game in September 2024. I know this because completing all of the characters + Nightmare Mode was a long grind (And a lot of luck involved too), especially Ligeska on both Normal and Nightmare Modes took me weeks to complete.
I still play this game from time to time, but not as much because there’s really not much else to do in this game. Made me wish there’s more to do.
Because you’re always prey sized, you can’t eat more than one student unless if you’re Apex Predator size (But even in Apex Predator size, this depends on the character. Like Bella can eat 3 while Tulpy can eat 1).
The bad news is that you cannot be Apex Predator in this game, you’re stuck as prey size for the entirety of the game.
This is not a bug, more like an easter egg.
In order to achieve this, there is a specific chance to occur when you have Student Predators enabled and completed Normal Double Predators to unlock its nightmare mode. Upon loading Nightmare Double Predators, if you don’t see the “multiple fairies”, keep restarting it until you get it.
You can unlock Student Predators (All except Ligeska the Snake woman), and for Bella, the only way to unlock her as a playable predator is to beat her stage with the book in hand.
However, playing as any of the unlockable Student Predators does not mean that you’ll become an Apex Predator; you’re still susceptible to becoming devoured by the apex regardless.
If you have a full belly (As a Student Predator), you can rub your own belly to help digest just a little faster.
If you mean by winning against Inky on Classic Maze, then NOPE! I got everything except that unfortunately. However, there’s a twist: I DID lose to Inky, but the losing gallery is set to the WINNING gallery.
The Winning Gallery’s name was supposed to be “Inky Boobjob”, but despite clearly winning, it doesn’t unlock it. Even with the fresh save, it’s impossible to unlock it in the gallery.

Probably because in the video, it was before the maze pattern looped back at the beginning (Ex: At classic maze, three bombs with no power pellets are the last round until it loop back at the first round)
Because when I tried it before it looped to the start, it never trigger the game over glitch no matter how many attempts I tried with different variations (Ex: 1 - 3 Lives, Mini-ghosts, no mini-ghosts, different clothes state, and how many mini-pellets, fruit, or power pellets are in the screen).
… Until I collected the fruit at the three bombs area, which loop back at the first pattern, then collect the red pellet and the Game over glitch triggers consistently.
Nevermind my previous comment, the “Game Over” glitch happens if the maze loop back to the beginning (The maze pattern where you first spawned), then the glitch will occur as soon you touch any Ghost Gals after collecting the red pellet. Tested it by skipping all mini-pellets on screen as soon as the fruit spawned.
In order to prevent this, you must always clear all mini-pellets before collecting the fruit and do NOT let the maze loop back to the beginning.
It plays the animation even with the fruit being present, so this is still puzzling.

Edit: I cleared it with most of the pellets on screen (Including the Power Pellet), without the fruit on screen, most of the mini-ghosts trailing behind the Ghost Gals, and the bomb being on screen. Does not trigger the Game Over glitch. 🤨
… Is it lives related? (Ex: Win if you’re at 1 life remaining) I’m not too sure.
I think I found a consistent way of getting the “You Win” screen without triggering the Game Over bug if you collect the red pellet:
- Either ghost gals must NOT have any trails of ghosts behind
- Either ghost gals must be completely nude (Haven’t tested the one where there’s partial clothing)
- [Optional] Complete the entire board (Means all of the pellets are collected without collecting the fruit to reset it, including getting all of the leftover mini-ghosts). This is optional, just to make sure I don’t trigger the game over bug.
Also, I can confirm that unlocking Inky’s win gallery (For Classic Maze) is not unlocked, even if you properly win. And similar to the other comment below mines, winning against Blinky for the win condition suddenly disappears.
Really fun game! Though there are some bugs:
- [Pac-8] I’m not sure if I’m doing it right, but after reaching the red pellet that lets you win after touching a ghost, it just wouldn’t work. Instead, the ghost gals continue to run away while showing the “Game Over” screen. I can still move around and everything, but the only one time that didn’t happen is when I touched Blinky as soon after I collected the red pellet (Which properly said that I win instead).
- [Pac-8] When losing a life and dragging me back to the spawn point, sometimes I get sent back to the same place I got hit by the ghost gals, making me lose ANOTHER life (And judging that there are no invincibility frames upon life lost, this is a free Game Over). Unless if I got lucky enough to not get hit during that.
- [Pac-8] Don’t collect the yellow pellet and then the red pellet after that, because otherwise, you shattered your only chance to win. Just make sure you let the yellow pellet run out before collecting the red pellet.
- [Pac-8 - Spiral Maze] Following above, (And this happened to me once in my playthrough) instead of teleporting to the spawn area, I was sent to the backrooms with no way out (Under the map). I think this is related to the weird and inconsistent spawn locations.
- [Pac-8 - Spiral Maze] Sometimes, jumping on the super jump panel doesn’t activate (It just simply gives me a normal jump), made me lose a life after that.*
- [Pac-8 - Classic Maze] There’s this small, misplaced pellet on the wall to my left of the spawn? You can also see it on the map as well.
- [Pac-Ma’am] While holding shift and you happen to slip off the ground, the sound and the changed FOV continue to persist.
- [Pac-Ma’am] I’m not sure what happened or if this bug can be replicated, but getting a game over to the Big red ghost is… Weird. Like, as soon as my last life goes down, I’m dead but alive? An example is that it plays the game over animation at my last life, and I’m still moving and walking around. I had to get hit a couple more times for the actual game over to work.
- [Gallery] Sometimes after completing a requirement, unlocking certain conditions doesn’t work, so I had to replay it multiple times to get it. Also, getting Inky’s lose condition is impossible, as it only shows me the win animation (Not sure what I’m doing wrong lmao, it took me 2 hours to try and get that).
