Ah, I see. Yeah, I can totally understand why, even I succumbed to running out of time much more often.
To be honest, I wasn't having any troubles with completing the game as intended due to timer, maybe once against 2 predators on nightmare mode. I was just doing stuff aside from escaping, so 24 minute time limit stands in the way.
