This is insane. i was going to do a quick speedrun but i just sat there and played this. Sometimes i just love no tutorial and just figuring things on the way.
I'm not sure what you mean by you don't have a shop? Like do you not see the building at all or are you not able to click on it to open? Are you confused on how to sell wood and buy new seed? if so you will see a button on bottom left corner for it.
And yes if you don't have chair at all you won't be able to allow visit, but if do have one you must put it down in the overworld.
The game blurs a lot when you collide a wall and there is a lack of pause button, i tried both Esc and P didn't work i assume there is none, always include some kind of pause button especially if your game is standalone exe running on Fullscreen.
Besides that the art is good and what a fun way to include the special object.
Note: There is total 3 chairs you can make for 3 of the royals, you can see a 4th royal but no chair can be made.
Additionally the 3rd chair is behaving weirdly as in sometimes I'm able to craft it but sometimes i don't, I'm not sure what went wrong. Let me know if you can't make the 3rd chair(Fluff Chair)
More note: Make sure you have enough materials before crafting(10 prim, 5 sec) otherwise the crafting sys will break.
Really good for a game you put up quickly. But something about this game gives me uneasy vibes, I guess it's the chairs growing on trees. Especially them slowly growing up.
i assume you meant that there was still time left on the timer, if so the that's normal as the goal of the game is to reach the trophy after the timer runs out or if you meant it did run out then maybe you ran out on the sub timer, the player has. if its not either case then i would like to look into that. Regardless, ya it might be more on stress side than vibes.
Ya that's not intended mechanic, thanks for pointing it out! Funny thing is it took me late into the making to realize that i need a sub timer for the player to give them a reason to move( i did had the idea but i wasn't sold on it).
Thank you. I thought almost no one got how to play the game because of my terrible tutorial but I will soon update it to make it more stable and understandable.
