I definitely agree it hard to get some numbers sometimes, and it could've used some in-game instructions. (The room loops up/down and left/right... I think I forgot to add that to the page...oops)
Music and SFX were definitely a bit rushed, and it's the area I think I could improve on the most.

Hey! I'm looking for a pixel artist to help with this diary game I'm making. You write about your day and you grow a connection with a pet you choose. There will also be stickers you can put on your diary. Everything will be black and white (except stickers for stuff like pride flags, etc) and no animation done outside of coding. This isn't a long term project, and I don't expect it to take too long. I would say a month at the longest (maybe a little more). This game will be free of course, and there will be no donations either. I want this to be a cute game and something people can connect with. Credit will obviously be given in and outside of the game. (I work in Gamemaker btw !)

ABYSMAL is a game about trying to escape the Abyss. Place blocks under you to gain height, and defeat enemies trying to break your platformers and hurt you! Theres also online leaderboards so you can show off how well you did. I created this game in 6 days and I'm pretty proud of it. Thanks for giving it a try!

Each level is 10 seconds long since it's pretty easy to get softlocked sometimes
