No I mean unlike talking to Josef at the entrance and telling him about Starmaker, the Isabella route doesn't activate for lack of a better word, the Anna sharing route with Josef until you specifically invite him to the studio, choose the porn option twice and then go to his office. 
Talking to Josef twice is much more simple. He finds out, you get a conversation with Anna and Josef and the sharing route activates if you choose it.

Ok I found the solution. There is no option to invite him to the next shoot after Isabella path, but you have to pick blowjobs if you invite Josef, outfits don't work.
