I'm passionate about game design and honestly functionality for games within unity for C#
I started working on this project solo and I realized I don't have the mentality at the moment to really code this entire thing but I wanna make this into a prototype for now, I was gonna make a 3rd scene with the song select but at the same time, it wouldn't really be intruging without the programming half of it, also I did do a little bit of programming for the button functionality but I am not familiar with this since I am tackling UI Design.
I don't really need a team of people I kind of just need a programmer to bring everything together so if anyone can do that it would be greatly apperciated.

Rather that being the small battle characters (chibis since our game has that) or the heavy normal sized characters which are going to provide the vibe and feel of the game.

A Lobotomy Corp Inspired Visual Novel + Turn-based Combat game
Which likely will be a survival game, we're still in the beginning stages of working on it so yea, I'll send you our current vision about the information in the group chat.
heres our summary of this game: The gameplay loop is gonna be basically dialogue, visual novel that focuses on lore so basically its' gonna have a lot of dialogue, no puzzles or anything will be included, however there will kind of be a stat grinding thing when you want to farm bosses, you can gain stats from fighting anomalies that are hostile or fighting hostile enemies Visual structure would kind of be simple, just character on left and right talking to each other, facial expressions change depending on the character's emotion Tone and focus on the story is horror and also survival, we're focusing on turn-based combat, where also monster design really is the most important part of the game. The main character is going to be named Velune, Their goal is to save all of the employees that were manipulated into thinking that they'd get paid a fortune for working with anomalies, although their payment is only weekly. And to destroy Vei's Corporation by hijacking control of the nuclear reactor. Velune is Vei's sister in lore and they've had a very controversial past within their family. Velune also wants to neutralize all of the anomalies before they escape and cause havoc in District M-02, which is one of the biggest cities in history. You're only really going to be in the facility in this game so you aren't going to have to make a lot of external assets.
We're making a short sci-fi game which we're using as a learning experience since not everyone is very good in making games (yet).
The artstyle for our game is Lobotomy corp based so I need a pretty intermediate level artist who can maintain consistency with less detailed artstyles. The musician will probably have to make a transition between 2 different genres of music (1 being madness combat themed and the other one, still yet to be decided.) We need a 2d Sprite Maker, also we've made some progress so far.
