I thank you for your assistance and I know it isn’t up to you particularly but I have to be honest with the sheer amount of people that are having difficulty getting paid for their work and receiving absolutely no response from support, this is a big problem and is likely going to sway me into using a different platform.

I have two support tickets open. On ticket 280610 - I am awaiting my payout. It has still be less than 15 days but the biggest concern is that I chose ‘other’ and I don’t know what that will do. Can I have my payout approved and directed to my PayPal instead? I am also noticing that the tax status needs to be verified and mine has been ‘Pending Validation’ since September of 2024 (almost 1 year) which brings me to my next support ticket…

The next support ticket is newer 282861 - I need to find out what is needed to update my tax status from ‘Pending Validation’ status to Validated. There’s no link or anything I can use to update my tax status.

Please advise soon as I have emailed support twice and have not had a response.

I am building a NSFW comic series.

Right now I am marketing on Instagram, Twitter, Bsky .. .. but I am not attracting as many views or downloads as I desire to.

I feel like I might be missing something, would you have any suggestions?

I have another question. I just uploaded a comic, but under 'Download' it says "This comic is currently unavailable"  - The file is uploaded and the comic is public, why does it say this?

Basically, I want to create one page to host my comics, but I want for buyers to purchase them separately rather than as a bundle. Is this possible? or do I have to make a page for each release?
