I'm having a bit of trouble with my account and couldn't get through to support, so I'm hoping someone here can help.

I sent an email to support@itch.io a while ago, but I never got an automated reply or a ticket ID. I checked my spam and junk folders as well, so right now I'm honestly not even sure if my emails are reaching the support team at all.

Since I don't have a ticket number to follow up with, could an admin or mod take a quick look at my account?

Thanks! You can use the trees generated with the tool in your own projects, including commercial games. You just can't redistribute or resell the generator itself.

I'll also include a TXT file with the license and usage terms in the next update, so everything will be clearly stated there.
